I travel frequently for business. Unfortunately I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks on one of my business trips. Definitely one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff especially at the front desk rude and ironic. The old-fashioned rooms with the carpet make it look even more dirty than it is. Zero cleanliness and in a very bad area. With no doubt it is not worth the 4 stars it is supposed to have. There are many great hotels and at a better price than this one of course.

We booked a standard twin room for our 4-day stay, and it was excellent. The room and bathroom was impeccably clean, they offered a great variety of delicious foods for breakfast, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Maybe I could be more positive and even give 4 stars for the people working here but I have missed transfer flight and was forced to stay here on Friday night... This is reasonable economy hotel. A bit outdated but clean. Room is quite big and bed comfortable. They also offer free carry-on wifi device. Unfortunately they do not have room service for food and kitchen closes already at 10 PM. The 4 sandwiches in small shop can not serve all Austria Airlines customers with missed or canceled flights in the evening. And there is nothing around to be able to grab at 10 PM. Bar is open a bit longer and a bartender was really friendly. Also ladies working at the reception were OK.

We've been for just one day, but it wasn't a problem to get into the room some hours before the usual time for check in. Friendly personal, good breakfast, nice place, very near of the Schönbrunn place (by walking we come there in a few minutes), near of the subway station to go everywhere. We'll come back again!

The rooms were really nice. The staff is very friendly. Very good location. We stayed for one week (10.12.19 - 17.12.2019) in your hotel. And I’m more than happy to say that all of my expectations were fulfilled! A friend of mine was very sick and the receptionist Tanja was doing everything she could to help!!! She was very kind and willing to help. She’s a perfectionist in everything she’s doing!!!! I’m on my way back home and I can’t wait to be a guest in your hotel again. Thank you Tanja! The hotel is right next to some really good restaurants, also Schönbrunn and subway station are super close. It's located in a great place for decent price. Rooms are clean and beautiful, well equipped. Everything just as expected!

A great hotel near the Vienna Zoo. It was really easy to find. Despite our late arrival, the people were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. And there was a small internet device like a complimentary perk from the hotel. You are allowed to use it and bring it with you while moving around the city. That was really handy! The price per person was in the middle range and I definitely recommend staying there while you are in Vienna. And don't forget the hotel is near the Zoo! You just have to go and see the penguins!

Very good hotel, really clean. The location is very good also as it is close to the U4 subway line which takes you throughout the city. The staff is also helpful and polite. The rooms are really good for the price.

The hotel is very clean, staff at front desk and house keeping are friendly and competent. Breakfast is good. Close to underground and overall very good value for money

Very nice hotel with good location and free parking during weekends or useful garage for normal days. Local restaurant is also very good and stuff is happy to help you with everything so nothing to complain about.
