😠 I can only agree with Julia Kahn’s review. We feel the same way. I booked the hotel in January through Booking.com for August 2020. A deposit (approx. half of the total price) was deducted from my Visa just a week later, which I found a bit strange. At the beginning of June I canceled the trip due...     In September I had to cancel my reservation, 1 night for 3 people for the 18 October 2019. It has been confirmed to be a FREE of charge cancellation. However the owner of Exquisit Wien took the full amount of money from my credit card and never refund me back. Moreover they never replied to me, so I'm still waiting for my refund. A very bad experience, not solved it yet.

    This has got to be he most shady hotel I have ever booked, no signs on ground to indicate what door to enter, after 20 mins found a side door that had ppl with luggage entering. They indicated to follow them, after getting to the 5th floor there was a family of 6, plus 2 other guests trying to check in, after 45mins of complete confusion I had to leave, it was clear there wasn't any rooms available even tho I booked online with Expedia, stay away from this place

    An addition to my previous review - I was able to get a refund from Booking.com. After lots of calls and time Booking took responsibility and refunded me after having proof that no money was ever refunded by these terrible Exquisit Wien. Pay attention! they just recharged my credit card !!! be careful - it is a scum! Do not make business with them.

    hallucinating How is it possible that there are several comments announcing the scam of this accommodation and it is still going on... Last year I canceled my reservation due to the pandemic, luckily it fell under the "free cancellation". A year of fighting to get my money back and nothing. They alleged a single photo of a paper (literally) of an alleged transfer... (I say alleged because it was in German and nothing was understood) and I had various supporting documents from my bank in between. Nothing ever came. Booking preferred to believe them... I finally gave up and lost the money. Much helplessness, little solution. It is clear that this accommodation also lives off these cases.

    I do not recommend it. I have the same experience as Мария Юрина. I booked this accommodation via booking.com back in November 2019 for March 27th, 2020. Due to Covid, I was offered free cancellation and money back directly from the accommodation. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund yet and it is impossible to contact them. They are ignoring my emails and are not answering the phone. Avoid.

    Greatest dissapointment ever ! Exquisit Wien are nothing but a bunch of thieves who stole my money ! I paid for a 4 night stay in April 2020 and because of COVID-19 situation, I can't reach it, but they didn't refund me til this day ! Avoid them !

    We stayed here for 6 nights. It was terrible. First day they took an additional fee from us. 2.5 € per person for per night. So we paid 30€ for nothing. Beds were not comfortable. Poor breakfast. Nothing like in the pictures. everything was so cheesy. Cheap IKEA kind a decoration. Boiled eggs from days before. Nothing was fresh. Also they said to us one coffee or one tea. What?! First 2 day they were generous about breakfast but I guess staying more than 2 days disturbed them. Fruits are hiding when we came. Coffee machine also closed. After us when new guest entered everything is opening. Fruits are coming. This is so rude. Not just that. When we stay our room people are ringing the door all the time. Also Someone try to open our door. We felt very unsecured.I try to tell them this status. But they have very poor English. It is not a hotel. More like an airbnb apartment. there is no reception. No security. We literally hate from Vienna because of the Hotel. But the hotel has a good location. Not worth it though. NOT RECOMMENDED.

    Everything was good, clean apartment, nice people. The only thing that surprised us was that the apartment was in “some” house. This was a bit difficult to find and really not nice from the outside. Everything else was good, staff also very helpful.

    Because of Covid we had to cancel the booking, so we didn't stay. However, the service is quite pathetic. They haven't refunded us our monies for over 3 months now. Neither replying to whatsapp messages nor to mails.

    I was in May 2020 there, it is a very good hotel. in the center of vienna. the staff is very courteous and polite. although i was arriving verz late, someone was waiting for me. the room is modern and spacious. the view from the terrace is excellent. i will definetely come back.

The cancellation was made on time, but I've been waiting for a refund ever since!!!! No matter how many times you try to get through to the accommodation, you are always told to send an SMS with the booking number and we will check everything and get back to you. Nothing happens !!!! Office never occupied and I've been chasing money for months now!!! That is outrageous and bold! Stay away from this hotel. As soon as there is a cancellation, they do not give the money back! I also complained via Booking.com. They informed me that the hotel would send me a receipt for the refund. I received this receipt but still no refund.

    Not recommended - the "free cancellation" policy is a fiction. I booked a stay here over Booking.com - specially with free cancellation - and I was charged a full cost of stay a few days after. Later I had to cancel the stay due to pandemic restrictions, but it was still within free cancellation period - almost one month before the planned arrival. I didn't get my money back and I was trying to contact this property - there was no response to my e-mails, they didn't answer the phone; once I finally got to speak with some person there they immediately disconnected and shut down the phone when I mentioned a cancelled reservation. I contacted Booking customer service and they told me that Exquisit claimed that they did processed my refund and I just need to wait. After three weeks of waiting I contacted Booking again and this time Exquisit claimed that they didn't done the refund because they have never charged me for stay... I don't recommend anyone to book your stay at this property.

    15 days before booking I have informed the property that my arrival time is between 11:00pm-12:00pm, it was a special request made by booking system. I have payed also for the breakfast. I have not get any messages from them until 10:00pm of the day of my arrival. I have got an sms saying that don't come, we are already closed'. So I was left without place to sleep in the middle of the night in unfamiliar city. The host did not accepted us and charged. We have arrived to hostel at 10:15 after getting the sms but nobody opened the door. If I was told that they will accept us until 9:00pm I would arrive until 9:00pm but they did not informed such thing. I never expected such behavior from Austrian service. I will never book this hostel and the same suggest to everyone who will think to sleep there. You will be definitely disappointed from the stuff of this hostel.

    As with many comments. Booked through Booking.com with free cancellation. Received the cancellation voucher. Yet lost money. No one answers the phone. Got through and was asked to send details. I did and nothing. Quite simply they stole my money. Avoid, avoid, avoid
