Modern and trendy hotel. Good location, Stadthalle (concerts when not Covid), shopping mall and good public transport nearby. Good both local and intercontinental breakfast. Very neat and clean, a hotel bar that's open till late and very friendly and helpful service. When I visit Vienna again, I'll certainly keep this hotel in mind.

Reception area is fine, bit confused as to where the welcome desk was. Staff is very friendly. We booked the rock n roll room, was a bit disappointed. The themed room had a prop or two and that was it. Price was very good though and location is terrific, close to transport and food.

Clean warm modern rooms , good shower, fridge ,big TV,, can open the windows. Good buffet Breakfast. Get a top room the chairs are heavy can hear them on the lamwood floors only heard this on the last night when people moved into the room above us they must have been a bit heavy. One - no tea or coffee making in the rooms , but that seem standard, but the Hotel is right next to, and above shopping Mall but you would not know it was there, can get anything you forgot to pack. Transport U-bahn, trams, and buses to center Vienna and the main rail stations is only 125 yrds around the corner.

The hotel was divided into different sections, and the minute I got to the section where my room was located, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the air. Had strongly ask for a room change. With the parking garage next door and a small shopping center around the corner, the location was convenient.

Pros: Good location, good breakfast choices, more or less flexible check out. Cons: poor air conditioning. We were melting even during the night (visited in September)

Nothing fancy, sufficiently comfortable and incredibly well located, 1.5 blocks away from bus and metro stations. I paid the same price per night that I'd pay for an Ibis in Switzerland, and the room were much better. Very fullfilling breakfast buffet, don't miss it.

Rooms good, location good, breakfast good, but the showers are a bit silly. They are half open and theres no way of closing them, so a lot of water splashes out and you have to waste a lot of towels in order to dry the washroom floor. I dont know if this is normal in Vienna but otherwise the hotel was fine. I assumed from the vibe of the the arte hotel that there would have a young crowd but the majority of people in the lobby, billiards area, and breakfast were around 40-65 years old. Nothing wrong with that, just a speculation.

What made me furious was hotel’s lie on booking.com about having a parking with EV chargers. It is a lie. The hotel doesn’t have ANY parking. We could leave our car at the shopping mall’s public parking next to the hotel. Apart from this lie, the rest was okay. Very pleasant staff. Rooms old but clean and big.

Enjoyed the stay here very much. The rooms were spacious and the place was very clean. I went here with a group and we appreciated the chill atmosphere. They have some awesome lounge areas and a pool table. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 4 days. Good location around the U-bahns. Rooms were nice and great prices Friendly staff. Has its own bar and pool table

The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is quite comfortable. The metro station and the tram station are in a few minutes' walk distance. The room offers the necessary minimum and does not even have a kettle

Room was very clean and has a nice design, inspired by music. The staff was very friendly. It is close to Wiener Stadthalle and perfect for concerts. The hotel seemed quiet and the location seemed safe and not very busy. It is close to public transportation.

Very nice, new and clean hotel. The design is great and very pretty. There was a table to play pool, which I very much enjoyed ;) Nice places to hang out at the lobby with friends, a vending machine available to buy a last minute snack, very new and clean room (only complaint is that my bed was squeaky but the rest was very good so I ignore that). Very well located (close to U Bahn and tram, as well as many stores and places to eat), and has a parking lot! Wish I had stayed more than one night (if the price and time allowed it lol)

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and nice decor! Would stay here again! Perfect location if you’re coming to watch something at Wiener Stadhalle, and very close to a bus and metro station.

There was no internet, no cold water in the shower, and the receptionist was aggressive. The soundproofing is just horrible, the room is noisy and absolutely every step from the corridor. I hope I never have to stay here again.

Perfect location, 5min walk to the metro and you can go everywhere in the city. Breakfast was good. Personal so friendly!

When we entered the hotel the room wasnt ready and they didn’t give us they key to the room after a two hour wait. The room smelled weird and the floor was sticky, even though its supposed to be clean it felt dirty and everything felt really cheap. The lobby’s aesthetic is nothing like the rooms and totally creates a fake expectation of the experience. The bathroom is extremely small and narrow and the towels also had a funky smell.

All the staff were super friendly from reception to breakfast staff and cleaners. The room was clean. Outside of the inner city centre but the train and tram stops were only max 5 mins walk away with easy access to the main sites. Breakfast was delicious, mix of hot and cold selections.

Nice and clean hotel. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is very good including fresh vegetables and fruit 😀. 2 minutes walk from U6 and bus. We had wonderful 4 nights stay

We’ve been here with our family to show them Vienna. Parking is right under the hotel which is great. Price is 16€. It’s pretty close to public transport or you could walk to the center in about 30minutes. Most of the staff was friendly even at night when we wanted to have some drinks(they are on the pricey side) Rooms are very spacious, clean and quiete. Breakfast was very good aswell with plethora of choices. All and all a very good hotel.

I love the concept of the hotel. I stayed 2 nights, the first time, the room was amazing on the 2nd floor, the second time, a very old one on the 4th floor. The breakfast is good. I would go again in the future

I can only rate this hotel as the worst from the loyalty and flexibility point of view. Hotel didn’t accommodate us in cancellation or date adjustment during our trip. We couldn’t reach Vienna for 3 days as the trains were cancelled due to the weather conditions. The cancellation terms were to charge for one night. However, Hotel charged us $600+ as one night rate. Our entire booking for 4 nights was $980. Clearly their math works not in favor of returning guests, only towards the profit. Booking platform spent a day negotiating our accommodation with them, but they are NOT FLEXIBLE at all! Would I ever book this hotel again? Absolutely NO!

Excellent location, very close to different types of transportation. The rooms are ok, the pillows were uncomfortable and the shower was dripping. The street is noisy but when the windows are shut you can't hear anything. In general, good value for money.

I stayed here in January for a short trip, and will for sure come back. It was great for the price: nice location (everything you need is within walking distance), clean, warm room with a spatious bathroom, comfortable bed. If you, like me, struggle with German a bit, staff is fluent in English, and very friendly and welcoming, especially at the front desk; they were willing to answer all of my (sometimes stupid 😂) questions. Breakfast was also nice, offered a variety of foods and drinks.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite. It is great place for young people, but also accommodates kids. Urban and modern design, great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

Very good location, only 20 minutes to the famous Mariahilfer strasse, whitch was our goal for our shoping trip to Vienna. Very nice staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast buffet. Parking direct under the hotel, easy to find.

Great and nicely decorated hotel, very hospitable staff and a good choice of breakfast options in the morning. The rooms are clean and great furnished, a good bathroom and (in our case with 30°C) also very nice that there is good air conditioning in the room. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro, with a day ticket ideal for getting around the city.

Check-in and out were pretty much handled well. There are games to play and pass time at the lobby which is cool. The rooms were clean but the high-rise had no point. The Television did not have many channels in English but the place was quiet. The breakfast was decent with usual varieties. The location is pretty far from most attractions that I visited. Overall, slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Good location. The room was not the cleanest. The windows were extremely dirty, found hair on the couch and the chair. No wardrobes, nor drawers, just a small space to hang the clothes. Since my room was facing the courtyard, it was quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. All together, it was okay for 2 nights.

Very nice and very clean room. The soundproofing is, however, poor. The street below is terribly noisy, you can ignore it only with closed window. You can also hear very loudly everyone opening and closing the doors in the hallway. Very versatile and tasty breakfast. Extremely soft pillows (not great for everyone).

The staff is very friendly! The place has some problems: for me it was hard to operate the water in the shower. The safe was not working, at least I could not use it. The lounge is very moody, there is a shopping mall nearby and a subway. Overall it is a rather good hotel.

Nice hotel, quite large and anonymous. The room has everything you need, but nothing special. Breakfast is good but quite expensive. The hotel is located close to a metro station which gives you quick access to most of the city.

WARNING!! The staff of this hotel call me days before my trip to confirm my reservation and my credit card details, bingo, they add my credit card to some Apple Pay wallet and used without my concern. And my days there was terrible. No fridge, no air conditioner. Don’t go there. RESPONDING: The number call me was from Austria, very weird. They start the use my card after I finish my stay. Other problems happen as well. The air conditioner was not warning properly and the fridge didn't work as well. Terrible experience.

Not interesting for such a high price. It's okay, normal, pretty clean. But hotels I.e. Regina or Strauss is much and much better and with Vienna sharm. Coffee maker machine inside room not very good, but okay. Free capsules, it's very nice.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Wifi worked great. It is very close to the subway. 10 minutes walk to Old Vienna and 15 minutes walk to the city center. It is only one stop subway to one of major train stations in Vienna. We would love to come back!

We stayed at the Deluxe Double Jazz room and below is my feedback: Pros: + As highlighted by almost everyone, the breakfast spread was huge with plenty to choose from. +The hotel staff was helpful and friendly + The rooms are good sized and well maintained, though the fittings are pretty old. Cons: - The hotel is located far from the city center, though a couple of minutes walk from the tram and metro stop. - The hotel locality is not the best to stay in, as compared to the other the Viennese localities. - They don't have air conditioning in the rooms! We reached out to the staff and they asked us to open the windows if we wanted cool air. Definitely not expected from a hotel that claims to be 4 star hotel! But given the overall price and the facilities they offer, I would still rate this hotel as 4 out of 5.

The hotel located near a metro station and main road so it's easy to get everywhere. The staff was friendly and supportive. Rooms are a bit old. Breakfast is fine.

We realy enjoyed staying at this hotel, very kinky entourage and athmosphere. Pretty good location, near the underground metro and some trolleys. Very indulgently and polite receptioners. Would mention that prices for room minibar products, breakfast, as well as those from lobby bar ar pretty high..

Brilliant location with U-bahn, trams and busses near by. Right next to shopping centre for supermarkets, pharmacy and ATM. Rooms can be a little smelly. Our bathroom smelled very badly the first night. We learned that if we turned off the ventilator in the bathroom that the smell went away. Otherwise the room was good.
