I am going to say that it's a nice place to share with friends, next to the restaurant there is a bowling and billiard, so you really can hang out there. Regarding to the food, you can find high quality and variety, actually the food's taste is intense since they use wood grill to cook it ( really good) service can be better since you have to wait a bit to be attended. The good news ist that you are not going to wait so much to get your order.

Horrible experience. We went to die Allee on 10.11.2023 at 12am and the food was decent although pricey but the service was one the worst I have ever had. First, the waiter messed up our order for drinks, then he lied to me when I asked him whether a soup comes with a piece of bread to which he said yes (turns out the bread is 5 EUR extra) but what left me incredulous was when I turned to pay. As a result of dissatisfactory service I decided not to leave a tip, however, the waiter began arguing with me that a minimum tip of 5% is obligatory, he even said that it is the "law" which is obviously a blatant lie. He then went on to emotionally blackmail us by claiming that if we don't leave a tip, he will have to pay the obligatory 5% tip to the company from his own pocket, again obviously false. This whole saga totally ruined the experience. This has never happened to me anywhere else, please do something about it. Cards accepted.

CASH ONLY. We had an average lunch here. Burger was with wrong bun and the Salat was nothing special. When we paid, they told us they don't accept credit cards, and they pulled out the machine only when we said we have no enough cash on us. Once we paid, they told us this was an exception and next time we shall pay cash. Welcome Back to the last century.

Great for apres-park activities with the kids. The general ambience is like an apres-ski dining hut in winter and there is a huge bowling alley which is part of the restaurant complex. The waiter seemed very unhappy and rushed. The seating hostess was nice although she also seemed overwhelmed. The food was surprisingly decent. We had a-la-carte. If you’re a single person, the 500g portion of ribs is more than enough (unless you’re a really a huge eater). There is a small kid‘s menu — which is a thing in Vienna — which is great for your little picky eaters. For the current menu, I recommend the saibling which comes with a bowl of mini potatoes and salad. The kitchen hand (’Winston‘) who came to serve our food was the nicest part of the dining experience. He smiled and was pleasant, things that one generally expects from hospitality workers the world over but after a few years of living here, evidently still not something that you can generally expect in Vienna. Sigh. Tip: there is a Sunday brunch if you’d like to explore that option but I’m reliably informed that NO drinks are included, not even one. Mobility and child friendly. Fantastic for exploring the green Prater.

Generally speaking, I had a good Brunch experience, but here's the tea: Way too expensive for what is offered. For 35,- per person Die Allee either needs to up their service and quality game by quite a bit OR offer some sort of flatrate on beverages. I mean come on, at the very least include one hot beverage (coffee, tea, ... you name it). The range of the buffet was definitely on the more extraordinary site, including main dishes such as Schnitzel, French Fries, Pasta, Risotto, BBQ Chicken and Ribs. I felt like most of the stuff had been sitting around for a while, so it didn't feel as crisp to me. Which is somewhat to be expected at a buffet so that's okay. However, a major drawback was that they eventually ran out of some things (croissants, pancakes, etc.). There was still more than an hour until the end of our brunch, but even after repeated requests (including from guests other than us), they refused to restock. Boo! Another major drawback reflected in my rating was that when we raised the issue (in a friendly and respectful manner) with our waiter before leaving the restaurant, we were brushed off with astonishing indifference. No "Sorry", no "I don't care", no nothing. Boo! Lastly, the ambiance of the place is awesome. Both inside and outside it looks beautiful, spacious, modern and just nice. The location within the Vienna Prater is also prime. And the bar adjacent to the outdoor area looked very intriguing. All things considered, I will most likely not return.

Really bad service! Avoid this place! We waited more than 15 minutes to receive the menu and at the end we needed to take it ourselves because nobody brought it to us. The waitress came 5 minutes later and rudely asked us if someone seated us or we did it ourselves. Afterwards she never came anymore to our table, although she passed by few times and completely ignored us when we were calling her. We left the restaurant soon after.

When paying the bill by card waiter asked "are you not leaving any tip?" I wanted to leave a tip in cash but after this question I changed my mind. Staff speaks only little English, some of them don't speak any. We ordered burgers for adults and burgers for kids. Both were same size, the only difference was in the amount of chips. Restaurant looks nice but honestly saying there are better places in the area.

Place is a bit too expensive , you can eat the same things in the city 3- 4 € cheaper. The service I can describe with one word- chaos!!! The food is coming in the wrong order , example- main disch before starter or it is not coming at all:/ I dont recommend and also will never go there again.

Absolutely insanely impolite staff. We waited for almost 15min for the menu to come. Even when we asked them she just walked away completely ignored us, not even looking. Go anywhere else but here.

The food was fine, but the service was highly disappointing. They paid no attention to us, never came over to ask us if we were happy with our food, refill of our drinks or if we would like a dessert. We also had to go and ask to pay. Their attitude was not very friendly either. Not a place I would visit again, nor recommend to anyone else.

We went there just to have coffee and asked the waiter if it was okay to pay by card. Of course he said yes, so we went on and had coffee, which was okay and very good although pricy (4,20 each). Then when we asked for the check we were told that we could not pay by card under 10€ and just rounded up to 10€ our check. I mean we would have at least bought something else to drink or to eat to reach the 10€ threshold but we were not allowed to as people were waiting for a table. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Second time we came back and we had the same good experience. Despite the Saturday night business. The service was good and the food was great.

The coffee was terrible, the cakes decent, the service stingy only bringing one napkin for a table of 7 people serving cakes and iced coffees. When asked again for napkins, the waitress brought once again only one. Prices are very high! For this reason the tables should be decorated with real flowers instead of plastic ones.

The food was good, staff was friendly. Just had to wait too long for our food. And that’s why were 1 hour late for bowling. Cocktails were too sweet. Meat and side dishes were very delicious. And we could take leftovers with us.

Food is very good! In general, the atmosphere is fine. However, we thought there are too few waiters for the whole place, I guess we saw only two and they were very overwhelmed. We felt a bit awkward to ask or order something extra seeing them so stressed and busy

I have visited the Allee multiple times, and from my experience, it really depends on the waiter you're getting. Which is a pity. The food is good, a bit overpriced at some spots, which is at least justifiable thanks to the excellent location. But as mentioned above, the waiters range from nice to rude & dismissive.

Some of the best bbq in Vienna - the ribs are soft and the spicy sauce delicious. The rest of the menu is phenomenal as well. It's kid friendly (especially outside), air-conditioned, an amazing location right in the park... We come here quite often and also love to bring visitors.

We didn't eat anything simply because we didn't get a chance to get the menu in english, they said that they don't have one) and we just left sad and hungry! Also they have a really not helping waiter that didn't propose even to explain what they have, maybe he was too busy but anyway not very pleasant experience) maybe its only for locals restaurant.

Waited for 45 min. to get plain water. The food arrived after an hour... The kids burger was semi cooked. There was an accident - somebody from the customers urinated in the corridor. Nobody from the staff bothered to clean it while we were there. In general the attitude of the staff was rude and arrogant. All in all I do not recommend the place based on this experience.

Beautifully located on Prater Hauptallee with a great cafe and restaurant. Also has bowling, billiard and mini arcade...

i was there for lunch with my entire family. I was very disappointed by both - the food and the service. I took the BBQ ribs - they came cold, tasteless and the sauce literally looked like somebody already had it before me. The waiter was kinda rude and absolutely could not understand that we wanted something healthy/healthier for our kids - saying that it is not possible to alternate the french fries with e.g. vegetables or normal potatoes. Looking around, none of the waiters there seems to like their job - very depressing.

Beautiful location, however food was disappointing. Overcooked burgers, stale fries, salad that could have been fresh … service was nice, tried to make things right, and that certainly saved the experience. Will give this place a second chance.

Cozy atmosphere, family restaurant, a bit noisy because it's in the same area eith the bowling alley, very nice and polite service. Food is just ok.

Very nice atmosphere and remote location, far from the crowded parts of the city center. I had the Classic Vienna Schnitzel which was very tasty and came with their traditional potato salad on the side.

Good restaurant in Prater, right next to the bowling room. Perfect for groups, they serve nice hamburgers and have a wide drink list. The best was the customer service, thanks to Erald and Ari who made my colleagues and me have a great time!

Great place. I really enjoyed the cheeseburger, the atmosphere and the music. It also has games like bowling and darts

For the price payed, this is an excellent place to go, if i had not looked at the menu, i would expect to pay quite a bit more. The interior is very modern and sleek, the outside is very cozy and fit for a meal or drink in a laid-back environment. The surroundings are pretty and the place looks and feels great. I ordered the risotto with beetroot and chanterelles, it was quite good. It came with roasted tomatoes. Good taste no complaints. They have a menu, that i am sure will satisfy most tastes, even those who are picky eaters. The staff was nice as well, they went out of their way to give us a good table. My critiques are very nit-picking, but nonetheless I was thrilled by my experience. I ordered "just any dry white wine" but ended up with a sweet, fruity one. The wine was good, but not dry and did not accompany the risotto very well. In conclusion, i highly recommend the place - the food is great and feels more expensive than what you pay, looks good, nice staff.

The overall experience was good. Just be careful, the waiter might be adding hefty tip to himself, without your approval (15 to 30%)

The tastiest thing was a raspberry lemonade 🤩 Burger and Fries were good, but salad and steak 👎 too much fat on meat Great location, peaceful place in the park

Great steak, very tender and great sauces! Had the rib eye with rosemary potatoes. Good price for the value, can recommend.

Nice Allee. It has it all. A really nice restaurant with an outside sets and also a game section. It was pretty cool having a company event there. Played bowling and snookers. Will definitely go back privately.
