    Everything was fine until I accidentally paid twice for one of my orders. I wrote THREE emails to support service before they replied finally. Screenshots of my double booking were requested and I sent immediately. However, reply to this email was coming for 2 weeks and confirmation of refund came few days later. So be attentive and try not to make make mistakes in your orders. As costumer support service is very weak.

    I ordered food and paid. I never received my food nor did I receive a refund. I am going to now seek legal action because this is nonesense. Its my money. I have written the company 4 times and they simply do not respond.

    A regular user since 2018 - always good options available and in case of issues, the customer service is very responsive, precise and helpful. Within 1-2 days you get answer to your request. The reward options are also good. Compared to other food apps, i find the interface to be very clean and easy to navigate. Only issue being that on mobile browser it works a bit slow.

    The food arrived totally cold - the main thing is that you pay over €40 for a burger. Lieferando only offers 10% for your next order - customer orientation looks different!

    You order and wait. As a rule, you wait 30 minutes longer than stated, but you can also wait 2 hours and then the food arrives cold. Instead of investing in expensive advertising, you should invest in the staff or drivers.

    Received an order without the drink and after contacting the restaurant and later the liefersevice.at itself, I received a refund for the drink, not the rest of the meal. I tried to explain that tacos and chips are not edible without a coke and finally they sent me a 10% discount for my next offer. It surprises me to see how clueless of customer experience practices these people are while trying to provide a service that is supposed to be convenient. If I have to make 3 phone calls about a meal, then I already lost the time that I'm trying to save here. What shall I do? Take the 1.90eur you send me go out and buy myself a drink? Why did I order food then, if I can get out and buy something? Do you see the point?

    Worst service ever! they are not responsible at all. I have waited for over 90 mins just a pizza. If you pay with the card or paypal or if they see you paid already, then they send you the worst food ever. I told both Lieferservice und Restaurant. They told me, You even didnt wait 2 hours!!! its edible even its cold. You have to eat anything no matter its quality! We cooked it for you! I cant just handle with this insaneness

    Stopped accepting Bitcoin. 😞. i like the map view, so i can choose restaurants close to me with few traffic lights in between. i'm missing a search for food across all restaurants.

    You didn't give me a refund even though you said you would, and no one responds to emails, I sent you at least 10 emails asking where my money is. Shame on you!!!

    Unfortunately, customer service is getting worse and worse... I bought a Domino voucher with my points. But: the Domino Restaurant always shows closed today and open the next day (tomorrow). If you look at it a day later —> same thing. The customer service doesn't understand the problem and says you should order from 5 p.m. - but: it's listed as closed and it doesn't work.

    They are very dangerous and they support also dangerous " restaurant". They erase negative reviews for restaurant probably on payment. They didn't refund me a horrible order but they make the crazy stalkers from the restaurant call us obsessively and they gave them our personal address. They started to say the driver brought the money back at midnight to the office which was closed since 21.. Scam pure scam , will definitely report this to the police

    Would not recomend to anyone, customers or prospective workers. If you are a customer you eill wait for your order for hours, if you get it, and you will have no contact with them in order to see ehat is happening. If you want to work for them, you will be used until you are no longer usefull to them and then you will be fired, you will work throug rain, snow and wind, wether sick or not. They praise their work times as flexible, that meens they give you shifts when you said you were not free and then ignore you when you aks to change it. TLDR: avoid at all costs

    Waited 1.5 hours and then the order was canceled. The driver probably never showed up. Better to invest in the infrastructure than in this excessively expensive advertising! It's about delivering food from A to B on time.
