    Very much disappointing! We went into the store, waiting patiently about 10-15 minutes till one of the sellers recognized that we're there. They were running back and forth doing nothing, even though there were not so many customers. We wanted to buy a necklace for my girlfriend and pointed the necklace out we'd like to see. The salesman (Asian looking) kept asking 3 times if we want only the necklace before he put it out and finally showed us a packed new one so couldn't even see the product itself. I asked him about engraving service and that was the most unprofessional point of the whole conversation: THEIR ENGRAVER WAS BROKEN, he couldn't guarantee that nice letters would be graved into the necklace, so I should waited 2 weeks! I told him it's not an option, so he suggested asking the shop next door if they could do it. During the whole conversation he was behaving in a very unprofessional and high-minded manner. NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

    I‘ve ordered a ring at Tiffany‘s to a confirmed price. One month later I wanted to pick up the ring in store and they told me that they had a 7 percent price increase. The sales man didn’t want to find a solution or wanted to offer something else. This is the total opposite of customer friendly.

    Got a bracelet for my birthday, and I’ve had it for a while so I wanted to get it cleaned and fix the clasp that is broken. I waited in line like everyone else, and when it was my turn and I told the lady what I needed, she says she’s busy and if I could wait for the line to end so she could sell to new customers instead of keeping an already existing customer happy. This place is just line any other ‘expensive’ store, if you’re not buying, or don’t look like you can ‘afford’ anything, the pretentious sales people treat you like dirt.

    I went into this Tiffany store to have my bracelet fixed. The sales lady said she would have it sent to the goldsmith and mailed to me. That was 3 months ago and still don’t have my bracelet. They won’t answer my phone calls or emails. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I would like my $300 back.

    I was Tiffany customer but recent purchase of neckle for my wife changed everything. It’s interesting, how a small purchase of 200 eur (of low quality product, as appeared) and personnel attitude changed my relation to this brand. A separate “hello” to cold pretentious seller lady who is just a seller but not the brand owner. I do not recommend to visit Vienna Tiffany to solve some issues, you will ruin your day in case you aren’t buyer. But in case you bought something and some issues appeared, prepare to find out their real face.

    Juliana made the experience of shopping at this Tiffany’s just that… an experience. I’ve never met someone so knowledgeable and loving towards the history and craft of where they work. It helps of course that this is Tiffany’s! But, Juliana’s love and pride for Tiffany’s made it feel like something beyond a ‘purchase’ here, and instead that I was becoming a part of a tradition of beauty and excellence. This is why to go to Tiffany’s; Juliana does its name so proud, and it was such a pleasure to encounter her here, at Tiffany’s.

    Was looking to purchase a pair of earrings that were on display. When I got to the counter the tray was removed and taken upstairs with someone else carrying champagne. I enquired about these earrings to be told “we don’t have what you’re looking for” I asked if they had similar but received a flat no. I was not offered an alternative , having spent well in the past I will boycott this store as the attitude was poor. I am guessing but the upstairs guest was more important and the footfall considerable so probably no need for that extra customer service. What ever it was I have no intention of finding out and will return to Oxford street where I am sure I will find an alternative.

    I couldn't come directly to the store, I live abroad.  My personal seller was Juliana Huszarova. We talked in English. She was so comitted to advicing me. She was making pictures, telling me about items. She even let me know after shipping products. I'm very gratefull to her and recommend Juliana to everybody! Bracelet is sooo beautiful, looks better in real than via internet :-)

    I was there about a month ago. Juliana, the saleswoman, is friendly, helpful and thoghtful during the process. She is prompt and I did not have to wait there for an extra minute. She helped me to choose jewellery for mom and also for myself. We are satisfied! Danke Juliana!!

    This Saturday, I went shopping at Tiffany's for the first time. A few days ago, I contacted their customer service to check if they had the models I liked in my size. I also asked if I could bring my dog with me because we're from another country, and I always have my dog with me. Ms. Atabay from customer service quickly answered my questions. I'm happy that I could go to the store with my future husband and our dog. I like to spend my money where I can bring my little companion. Everyone working there was really friendly and smiled a lot. The only downside was that one model I wanted wasn't available, even though customer service said it was, and we had to go a bit over our budget. Mr. Kalatarow is really good at his job. The guys at the entrance and on the third floor were welcoming and made the atmosphere positive. I hope what I bought makes me happy for a long time, and I can't wait to go to Tiffany's again, no matter the cost.

    I went in the other day to buy a Christmas present for my wife. I was not really paid much attention to, by an Asian assistant who clearly profiled me as a non-potential client. I was told to look online. The shop was empty. There was no attempt to help me. I have bought products from the shop in Rome, and regularly get personalized emails, news and efforts to upsell to me. Why can´t you have a standard approach instead of a rude, exclusive and arrogant attitude? Please try Tiffany's in Rome over this place.

    Contact with the Tiffany & Co. Vienna is one of the biggest dosappointments in my life as a consumer. I’m waiting for my certificate ONE AND HALF YEAR, it should be sent to us and it is still not here. Many call phones to Tiffany, we’ve even travelled to the shop in Vienna just to ask for our case (we are not from Austria), they assured us that the certificate will be in our office within 6 weeks. That was on 9th May. The certificate is still missing. The whole case is riddiculous and I’m afraid I need a local lawyer to finish my case. That’s very sad because Tiffany was a symbol of luxury and now is a symbol of unpleasant and unproffesional customer care for me. Huge disappointment!

    So much beauty at one place really warmed my heart up on a cold January day. is still true that even in 2022 nothing “bad can happen to you” at Tiffany’s. I had the most wonderful time visiting there, talking to the the incredibly nice staff and I even got the perfect gift that I will cherish for a very long.     Iconic, luxury jewelry store, the personnel is very nice and helpful ------ rectification to 1 star because I went there to buy a Platinum necklace, i was showed and I touched and bought a Platinum necklace, but i reached home with a white gold necklace. The seller went to pack the platinum chain, told me that she gave me a wrong price, and in the end packed me a white gold chain when I specifically went there for the platinum one.------ rectification to 3 stars, i contacted the store we are working to fix the issue----rectification to 4 stars, solved by FedEx, professionally handled by store personnel.
