Consequently I reject categorically and decisively and with the utmost emphasis this insolent behavior and language to customers! This is not at all what one considers professional service! The wine bar was a hopelessly overrated place with exaggerated prices for what it offered. Some people may even be tempted to call it a rip off! Obviously, during my frequent visits to Vienna in following years, I have never returned to that wine bar!
