We were recently shopping in the store, and I must say that the experience was absolutely delightful. The representative's knowledge of the products and warm personality made our shopping trip truly enjoyable, she showed genuine interest, made us feel welcome and made sure we left the store satisfied. Very, very bad service!!! I bought a pair of shoes on 29.06.2018. I have asked for a size 8.5 US that corresponds to 39 euro size. They gave me 8 US, 38.5 euro. I didnt notice the mistake in the shop - i saw it in the hotel. I tried to return them and to take 8.5 us that is my size and they gave me a box with 9 us with additionally stitched sticker over the the size 40 they stitched 39 size. I have to take it out in order to prove that it is not correct. They tried to cheat me in the worst way ever. I have asked to return my money and then there was a problem - they didnt want to. I was in a so bad situation, that humiliates me. They even ask me to take my sunglasses out in order to see to whom they are speaking to, as we were in the police station. I just wanted to hide my tears because the attitude of the shop assistants was so rude and arrogant. Finally i got my money back. I dont recommend this shop to nobody - the stuff is rude and nothing to compare with a service in a good "BRAND STORE" :(

The whole shop was amazing, the athmosphere was really appealing. Nicole was helpful and polite. She was also kind and it seems that she is really keen on fashion and clothes. I could just recommend her and the shop.

I went there yesterday witha hangbag which had it strap snap off all of the sudden. I asked for some help, a quick fix, anything that might have helped me to temporarily carry it. The women there smiled and told me that if I have no invoice they can’t help me. Then they asked where did I buy it and suggested going back the that MK Store. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAND ME A PAPER BAG or anything else that might have helped. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT MK! Later on I went to the other MK store and the customer support was great. I was offered coffee, the assistant there went out of her way to help me even writing and extra discount which I used to buy a newer and a bit more expensive handbag. Such a big difference between these 2 stores!
