The blonde woman at the reception ( Edita) is extremely unpolite. In 5 years in Vienna, I have never met such an unpolite person.

After reading all of the terrible reviews and some of the sassy responses from dermcare I’m too scared to book an appointment. Very suspicious that dermcare pushes customers for positive reviews for a 10€ voucher….

I've booked appointments with specific individuals at this clinic, only to find that my choices aren't honored, which makes the whole process feel pointless. Moreover, I've given feedback to the manager in the past, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. The responses I receive are more like monologues and don't reflect any real effort to improve. In my experience, I'd recommend avoiding this place whenever possible.

If I could put 0 stars, that would be my rating. Extremely bad experience at Dermacare with hyaluronic acid treatment performed by Dr. Sara Abayev, which led to very bad complications. After reporting the complications to Dermacare, having visited them and sent them many pictures of the results, they would not even take the time to send me a prescription for a gel to smoothen out the issue! The institute did not take my complications seriously and just told me to wait, which led me to consult a different doctor in the first district, who was able to help. I also need to mention that they told me that they would need to charge me for a potential correction procedure, simply ridiculous! I am very very disappointed by the service and the overall experience. I will never put a foot back into Dermacare and would not recommend this institute to anyone, after this experience.

I absolutely can recommend this clinic for anyone struggling with acne. As someone who had their acne since adolescence, I went to a lot of different doctors and it didn't make much of a difference. However, after meeting Dr. Cseh, my skin started actually improving. Dr. Cseh always answers my questions and doesn't make me feel like I'm bothering him (which a lot of other doctors did). I'm going to continue my treatment at this clinic, and I highly recommend at least giving it a try!

Worst place I have been i Europe. The doctor doesnt even know the laser they use, the specifics. The apparatus is old, two generation obsolete. Overall old clinic. Charged me 150 to show their incompetence during "consultation"

I had hyaluronic filler done for the first time at this location and left shocked after Dr. Seiser injected double the amount of filler we agreed on in the consult/directly before beginning. This was not properly acknowledged, I tried to follow up with the institute after and they never got back to me regarding the fact that their doctor accidentally doubled the amount of filler in my lips than what was booked. I returned twice after due to uncomfortable/noticeable bumps of congealed filler forming before going to another professional for a second opinion. So unfortunate how they handled the situation. Edited to add as you seemed to not understand - I returned twice after the initial filler to massage out large/painful bumps left by the congealed filler. I was not “happy.” I specially tried to refuse seeing the same doctor but they wouldn’t allow me to see anyone else.

Everything was super fast, the clinic was clean and beautiful, and the administrator was friendly. By the way, the location is good. We got a certificate written both in German and English languages, which was great to get for free. All in all, it was for real the best Covid testing experience.

I had 2 laser treatment sessions with Dr. Cseh and the results were almost instant. He was super professional and caring, and the treatment was targeted for my own concerns. The results were great after the first session already and I'm making plans to go back for different treatments.

Booked a Covid-19 test on the day. Great to have a 'manage my appointment' feature. I was in and out of the clinic in 10 minutes and had my antigen test results within 30 mins in a PDF format in German and English. I would recommend.

Did (a.o) a laser treatment of my acne scars. The result (after the first session) is already much better than expected and is an extremely big relief for me. I'm super happy! Generally, I always felt very accommodated here. Still, Dr. Cseh is by far the most competent but also the most friendly dermatologist I have ever consulted!

I needed a Covid-19 test within one day before flying back to the USA and Dermacare made it easy. The website has an option for English and the staff spoke English as well. The results for the rapid antigen test were emailed 15 minutes after my appointment. The Dermacare facility is just a short walk from the subway station, very convenient!

Dermacare is the perfect spot to get Covid-19 tests. The staff is very kind and well prepared. The organization is perfect, they are always on time and super quick, you get the results via email and in English which is a plus. The center is very clean and very relaxing. Made appointment online, slightly late as we couldn’t set up my sons Covid antigen test online. We were both seen straight away, very professional and safe environment. Our test results arrived as told within 15 mins with confirmation required for airport staff for flight back to UK. Good price for this service. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Dr. Sceh with wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid, although I am under 40, was very disappointing and a waste of money. Hyaluron is not in the place where it should be I have wasted a lot of money😭

I had a corona PCR test here and it was fine - quick, efficient, perfunctory - nothing more to say really, but I am posting this review as they offer EUR 10 off future tests if I do so (is that even allowed?)

Edit (dermacare didn’t understand my review) : I had a Corona test here, which was negative, but Dermacare told me I was positive, which had obviously big consequences for me. People here doesn’t know how to read a test, be careful if they tell you that you’re positive —— I had a Corona test here, and I was declared positive. The whole trip I was having with 14 other people got cancelled, we lost our plane tickets and our hotels reservations, and people went back home. It would have been ok if the test I had was not in fact negative (please learn that there must be two bars on a test for it to be positive). Of course I was in doubt, so I took another antigenic test and a PCR test at another place. Both of them confirmed that I was negative. To sum it up, this place is nice if you want to ruin your holidays and lose a few thousand euros.

Excellent service - no vaitind inside the office -the test was done exact in appointment time. Required waiting time was 12 - 24 hours but the test results arrive to my mail only after 5 hours of waiting together with EU standard digital proof of test. Very professional personnel, English speaking as well. Everything went smoothly. Waited a bit longer for the results (48h) even though the specified time was 24h. Also, Saturdays are until 4pm for corona related exams, even though web page says they close at 7pm.
