👍👍 Great bouldering gym with the best technical and less dyno-style boulder problems in whole Vienna, fantastic route setting! Also offers therapeutic climbing by physiotherapists and occupational therapists. People often mention bouldering,

A very nice Bouldering centre with a lot of well designed routes, many different scenarios and a not-so-small fitness centre. I can really recommend this place for beginners and for experts!

TERRIBLE customer experience!!! ___________ Our entire family got the membership in 2021 (online purchase). This has been renewed automatically in 2022, all good. Now in December we got the new membership cards for upcoming 2023 and we realised that actually we must skip 2023. I wrote to the office management, thinking that it is perfectly fine to let them know 1month in advance about our cancellation before the 2023 year start. SURPRISE: they brought a clause from the Terms and Conditions which says that I should have cancelled by 31.Oct. They also pinpointed to it online. Ok, I dont remember it from 2021, which is not something uncommon I guess. But, insisting on the 2023 membership payment knowing that my family will NOT use it just p$#@es me off. We had couple of emails already where I kindly requested to consider my family's need for 2023 cancellation, but THEY JUST INSIST US TO PAY. ________ I've seen similar customer unfriendly experiences in other reviews here, I wish I saw them much earlier. You decide if this type of "customer care" suits you. For me - never again I will register my family with them and will advocate against them with every occasion I have.

Great experience, very appropriate for kids who haven’t yet experienced bouldering or rock climbing

Good boulder center withgood and fair prices. You only pay for the time you have been in the center. It has 2 floors and a lot of boulders in a nice older building.

Awesome place to bring your kiddos for an extremely wonderful time. My sons 15 & 9 years old had a blast. Highly recommend if you are visiting Vienna.

Conveniently located close to the centre of town. This gym has a wide variety of boulder grades and styles. Plus a moonboard, steep spraywall and gym.

Best bouldering place in Vienna. Plenty of routes of all styles and difficulties. And the walls are all nice, reasonable heights.

Large Area. Good Locker rooms. Nice Routes. Price is comparable to other Bouldering places. It's not as terribly full as other places (like boulder bar). Sometimes parts of the halls are sectioned off for Courses but even then there is still enough space.

I've had the Boulder subscription here for a few months now. Unfortunately, there are always uncoordinated courses at times when there is the most demand. So it happened recently that even though everything was already overcrowded, people were sent away from the largest bouldering area at the top and so it was only possible to climb at the bottom. I think this is dangerous for two reasons: 1. It was then no longer possible to keep the fall space clear for the other climbers because there were people standing everywhere 2. The already very high level of dust at the Edelweiss Center (much higher than at Boulderbar, for example) was so high due to the overcrowded hall that the dust was visible in the air and we had to cough constantly. Unfortunately, climbing here at the Edelweiss Center is no longer fun :(

Very unfriendly at reception. Before our children were born (10 years ago), we were members of the Alpine Club and often climbed in Walfischgasse. During the semester break we wanted to show our children bouldering for the first time and see if they liked it. We wanted to pay entry, but we weren't allowed in unless we adults paid the full membership fee (over €130). Neither the lady nor the gentleman were interested in finding a solution for the children to get to know each other or possibly booking a course. We left in surprise and thank God we found a much better and more customer-friendly solution somewhere else. It is a pity. The Alpine Club has lost four new members and is not building a good reputation in our circle of friends.
