Is a smallish market as DIY stores go, so perhaps their product range is limited though I've always found what I was looking for, and the employees are friendly and know their way around their store - the latter not being all that common in mega stores.

Love HARDWARE stores, to compare to SA Builders Warehouse, not so impressive.. but Bauhaus was ALWAYS my FAVOURITE STORE 26 years ago.. and will be just as important to me in the future.

friendly and very helpful staff. the screws and bolts section is really nice. The location is not the most busy one so it is easy to ask for help. You can go for a walk in arsenal after your shopping which is a plus. I love this place honestly.

I've gone here several times to get painting materials and things for some small projects and have always found what I was looking for. As far as the staff is concerned, they are certainly competent and friendly, you just need to ask the right questions to be steered in the right direction.
