Cheap price but the female staff at cashier are grumpy when you don't understand German. (And they don't understand English either) they give you awful faces, poor services

I had a poor customer experience there today while buying new running shoes. The salesman kept pushing me towards more expensive models, was rude and unprofessional, and made the entire experience unpleasant. I almost didn't buy because of him, but didn't have time to shop elsewhere. I will not go there again.

Went to get ski gloves and the staff speak English aswell. So friendly and gave me advice on some other things I needed. Nice service for a sports store in Vienna and nice selection of sports wear and gear
