This review is for the entrance staff and not the doctors- I was with my wife as a translator and help and the personell at the entrance would not let me in. I showed them my green pass and they were saying that i still cannot go in with my wife. That its the rules. I asked for the rules and it sais nothing about family members not being able to go in. Then he showed me the internal memo that the visitors to be kept on minimum, only translators and special help. Telling them im here to help to translate - they still insisted and sent me away. Absolutely unheard of. They wouldnt let a 10 year old kid with a broken hand and a guy in wheelchair with his mum. I mean what is happening ??? No humanity left ?

My case: had to do x-ray. Went in on working day at 10:50. Accepted at 11:10, x-ray at 11:20, summary in 11:25. So everything was smooth, fast. Doctors spoke English and nurses were super sensitive and caring.

Fast but they forgot to do half of what they were supposed to. Sorry but the doctor (name withheld) was incredibly rude. I don't need a "nice" doctor, I just want someone who does their job, but this guy was ridiculous. (Other) Staff was nice. Xrays were quick. Very disappointed as both my dr and my parents highly recommended this place over smz ost

Never ever in my life have I experienced someone so ignorant and unprofessional. The man sitting at the entrance desk neither tried to help or make this accident ANY easier. Truly unbelievable.

The team of doctors, nurses and physiotherapist it’s extremely professional, kind and caring. They made me feel so comfortable and safe especially during g the surgery. They provide you answers for everything and they do listen to your needs. I will be always super thankful to each and every person working at this hospital.

I went to the hospital for an MRI several times and was always very satisfied. Waiting times ranged from very short to slightly longer, as it is also a hospital and emergencies are allowed. The employees were very friendly and competent. An atmosphere where you feel comfortable. Thank you

The reviews here are unfortunately true; the doctor spends very little time examining you. But even worse was the X-ray. The red-haired radiologist with glasses kept twisting me into place for the X-ray. I asked her repeatedly to be a bit more gentle when putting her hands on me as I have a torn ligament or joint in my shoulder (not sure because doctor uninterested in examining my shoulder even when I insisted she see my 3x swollen clavicle bone) I informed her of the severe pain in my neck and left side and she asked me “do you want an X-ray or not” and told me to “chill out”, while continuing move me into position with the same hard force I had a sling on my arm—do you think I’m here at 11pm for fun?! I’ll be making a complaint

Waiting for 2 hours for 5 min medical opinion that I know already. Triage is really bad here. Try to avoid them.

I had to take my husband to this hospital on a short notice. The kindness and politeness showed to us was so calming. From the receptionist to the doctors and nurses, all were very forthcoming, efficient and kind. There was not a long wait and they took care of the emergencies first. I was very impressed by the quality and efficiency of hospital and its staff.

Today I received the best service from AUVA Center. Right from the reception then to nurse, x-ray, doctor everything went smooth 1. Young frontline worker most of them speak English 2. Very quick and easy. Stuff speaks English and in general is very nice. It is also very well organised and clean. All the doctors and technicians I interacted with are professional.

Every time I have visited this place, I’ve felt more at ease. There’s less people and Doctors are friendly. They speak quite a few languages so it’s easier to communicate with patients.

I have been to LBK many times and have always been completely satisfied. Everything was always great from start to finish. A great team. But yes, it will probably also be dismantled like the main office on Adalbert Stifterstr. It was also about fire protection. Who believes?

Fell on the escalator in U-Bahn and came here for help, cause leg kept hurting non stop for couple of hours. Didn’t take long to wait, I think less than an hour and I was at the doctors. Personnel speaks decent English. Did lots of x-rays, got special sock, wounds been taken care of. All in all great experience.
