We ate on the patio outside the inn. The location is almost unbeatable as it is on the grounds of the Schönbrunn Palace. However, the service was slow and the drinks were slightly overpriced. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable and the atmosphere of the inn is impressive.

Food was delicious, we got the grilled chicken & potatoes and the käsespätzle. Service was good, and the outdoor seating area is beautiful in summer.

Food is of course overpriced but really not good. Staff not friendly, to pay with a card you have to go to the counter. Great location and a nice playground though, so a perfect tourist trap.

Very slow service, waited ages to be able to pay our bill. Spinach Strudel was a ridiculously small portion (2 slices of about 2cm) for 12€! ) The rest of our table had normal portions.

Staff was nice. Was not expecting an 8€ 'grilled vegetable sandwich' to be completely cold (grilled then refrigerated paprika with lettuce?). Bread had 'toasted' markings but was cold and not actually toasted. Chips were also cold.

Went to the restaurant to eat. Typical viennese food, nothing so special. Of course a bit overpriced for the position, but a good option if you're in the Schönbrunn park. Although, the waiters were super slow and didn't even notice us, it took so long to eat, and also they weren't so nice as waiters should be. Vegetarian options available!

I think they take advantage of being at the entrance to the zoo and they are the only restaurant. Being overpriced is what you expect. But we didn't expect that the Wiener Schnitzel wasn't cooked properly...

Food and service is excellent, but the Zwettler Dunkel is one of the best beers I have ever had. Definitely worth a visit for that beer alone.
