A must stop if you’re in Vienna. You have to get the Viennese Manner waffer brand. It’s offered throughout Austria but this is the flagship store with a one stop shop of all the flavors and sizes from mini to giant. Some items are pricey but some are only offered here. I actually purchased the original flavor standard size pack of 4 at a local grocery store and it was cheaper. But if you want the different flavors and giant size, get it here. They also sell Mozart chocolate balls.

I absolutely love Manner and all of their products. I bought many thing including Manner Flippers. The store is not really big but it's a great size for a short stop from exploring the town centre. I could have gone to manner on the central station but I decided I will go here it was a great decision. The staff was helpful even though I didn't needed so I don't really know if they are helpful. Also I was very disappointed that there weren't many people in the store so I couldn't share my Manner thoughts. In conclusion I loved the store but it couldn't have been better.

Only came in here and found out about this place after reading an article on Vienna. What a find! It's so cute and has a variety of flavours, including low sugar. I hadn't tried any of them yet but am looking forward to doing so. They are also reasonably priced and easily given to others as souvenirs. They also sell Mozart chocolates - cheaper than the other souvenir shops.

The official chocolate store of Wien 🇦🇹! Many products to choose from and a variety of gifts you can get. The prices are really cheap and you get some nice 1+1 deals for you and your loved ones.

Compact shop and very crowded but has almost all Manner products and worth to visit and buy gifts

The place is too small for the amount of people that organically aggregate there. You need to move in a straight pre-defined path that is just not fantastic. If you want to go back you must bump into people and be at the receiving end of "oh god, why would you?" stares. The product are great but the experience not that much

Lots of people. Crowded place and a tiny space for a popular shop where you buy good wafers to bring back to friends and family. Wafers are delicious, have unique taste and have lots of flavours.

A bit pricey and small shop. Actually wanted to visit the Manners factory outlet and buy but ended up here. Felt like the prices are tourist special prices aka expensive and options are limited.

Nice mini shop in the very heart of the Inner stadt. A little bit pricy but understandable because it is in the main course of all the turists visiting Vienna.

The store looks great, I love the products too, but when its’ crowded…you basically can’t move around the people who are picking their sweets due to lack of space…in the store…whoever came up with this type of concept of the store, should be put to wait in lines in his own store…

I always go to Manner store when in Vienna as all my family love it. Prices are generally similar/same as in other shops, but they deliberately overcharged me - charging every single small pack (I got two single blocks) as a three pack. I bought many items and didnt't realise this until later.

Nice but small shop, it gets very crowded and you cannot walk around. There is quite a lot of products you can take here, good souvenir to take back home

I always have a positive experience when I visit the Manner store. The Manner selection is always vast and they are generally having great offers. Their seasonal treats are fun too! In addition to edible options, they also offer store branded items for sale, such as flip-flops, totes, cooler bags, Manner bar dispensers, Einkaufswagens, lighters, etc. It looks like a small shop, but they pack a lot of yummy and fun items into it! Whether you are visiting Vienna or you're a local, this place is definitely worth a visit.

One of the few shops able to trade on a Sunday, so be prepared to hustle through a crowd. To be honest, only noticed the store due to the crowd and found prices were really good to buy up on treats to take back for the kids

Almost always packed as it is located in a touristic area. They have the same price as you'll find in a supermarket but they do offer some discount in selected items.

Entered to get a waffle and left with a bag full of goodies. A great place for people with a sweettooth. Not a fan of waffles? No problem, you can also find a diversity of chocolate treats as well as Manner merchandise.
