wirbelsäuleprobleme und deckenplatteneinbrüche: ich hatte eineinhalb jahre massive bewegungseinschränkungen und schmerzen, konnte auch keine lage zum schlafen finden. wegen corona verzögerte sich eine optimale behandlung. dr. tuschel fand ich im google. er machte mir einen scan der wirbelsäule und gab mir einen individuell angepassten übungsplan, täglich zwölf übungen, zeitaufwand halbe stunde, dazu vier termine magnetfeldtherapie. dr. tuschel sagte gleich beim ersten gespräch "das kriegen wir wieder hin". nach ca zwei wochen konnte ich mich wieder normal bewegen, beinahe schmerzfrei, konnte wieder schlafen, hatte endlich lebensqualität zurück gewonnen. hr. dr. tuschel und sein team sind sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent, unbedingt zu empfehlen. update 15.3.2022: leider war die grosse verbesserung doch nicht dauerhaft. ab den letzten beiden magnettherapien hatte ich wieder verstärkte schmerzen (rücken und rechtes bein) und bewegungseinschränkungen. was ich spüre, verändert sich mehrmals täglich. mal ein reissen, jucken, ziehen oder als ob pfefferminzflüssigkeit übers schienbein hinunter läuft, oder bei manch minimalen bewegungen eine art elektrischer schlag im rücken. wenn ich trotz schmerzen eine stunde oder länger möglichst aufrecht gehe, wirds besser. ganz schlecht ist liegen, schlafen, danach kann ich kaum gehen. die angegebenen übungen kann ich nur noch teilweise durchführen. wärme (am heizkörper anlehnen, ist nfrarotkabine, heisse dusche) tut mir gut. ich hoffe auf besserung im sommer.
