We had a great stay. Everything was OK, The stuff is polite and helpful, the apartment is clean and well equipped. The location itself is very good, close to the metro station and some grocery shops (Spar, Hofer). The garage is also a big plus.

Great new apartments, excellent property managers and nice location in newly-built city district. Parking place is available and included in your stay fee. Very convenient city connection with U2 metro line. Pet-friendly which was essential. Fully equipped kitchen and studio had all we needed except iron (but you probably can get on request, we just did not ask for it). Self-service laundry is also available. Will definitely advice to my friends.

We had a two night stay here. The apartment is large and very clean, has a fully equipped kitchen. The area in which it's situated is a newly built area, so lots of walking spaces and green areas around the building. It's about a 5-minute walk to the metro station, which takes you to the city center in about 30 minutes.

It was nice experience. Contactless check-in works great. Parking is free (extremely rare to find in Vienna) and just around corner. U2 metro line is close by. Rooms are clean and the furniture is new. Only be aware that these apartments are in Seestadt in District 22 of Vienna and are pretty far from the major landmarks of Vienna. Yes, there is metro line and it is well connected with public transportation system but still there is 40+ minutes ride to almost everything. But if that doesn't bother you than this is excellent choice. Also if you plan to stay longer, bring your own towels, because they are changing them only on request and it is not free.

The towels and the bedsheets were not washed properly or not washed at all. We contacted the host regarding this matter and they didn’t reply. Horrible service, room and cleanliness for a high price. The pictures are misleading, the room looks neglected and as if it was not cleaned before the previous guests. The walls, the bedframe and the floor are scratched and dirty, and the room smells bad. Also, we were told that we will have a reserved parking spot. Instead, we had to search every floor of the parking building.

The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is that it is far from the city center. But, the metro access is great! It is literally a 2-minute walk to the station. You can get to the heart of the city in around 30 minutes. The check-in is fully contactless. The room was super clean and quite warm (which was great given the freezing temperatures during the winter)

Everything is perfect! The apartments are clean, neat, new, warm. The communication with the reception is excellent, they answered every question and helped. Entering the accommodation and the garage is very simple. The only thing is that it is a little further from the center, but the metro is right in front of the apartment and it is not a problem at all, and it takes about 20 minutes, which is very fast. Also right in front are the Spar market, DM, bakery, bus station, restaurant, cafe... Very good accommodation!

We received the details of how to get in and how to find everything including the parking card exactly 24 hours before our arrival as it was mentioned in the booking confirmation which we really liked; Everything was clear and in order. The building & flat itself was very clean and well-equipped. Everything that you might need for a short stay( even if you wish to cook) is there.We had a question about coffee machine and with one short call the staff approached our flat & fixed the issue really quick. The apartment is far from the center but very close(5 min walk) to train station which made it very easy to reach wherever we wanted. Check out was also very easy as it was very clearly explained & we could do it very easy & smooth. Parking was big but most of the spots were taken the fact that we could reserve it was a huge relief.

Very nice, very clean. great location, less than 5mins of a walk from the subway station, therefore great connections to public transport over all. It's got everything you'd need from minimal/simple cooking utensils in the kitchen to a very comfy bed. although I wanna note that the double bed has 2 seperated mattresses so that might not be for everyone. There's a common smoking terrace for everyone in the building aswell as a small hangout/library spot just before the smoking terrace entry on the 1st floor which is very convenient. The color and decor themes made us feel right at home :) All in all for that price it's absolutely worth it!

Really great place to stay and relax. Just two little things to wish for : the bed cushions need to be changed to be harder and fluffy. They break the neck during sleeping the way the are now. I believe gusts need two more reserved plastic bags for trash . Thanks

Comfy extremely clean apartments in a newly built part of town. Very close to the metro but a bit far from the city centre, a 30 minute metro ride approx. Overall very pleased!

We stayed here for a week. Subway si 2' minutes away, it takes 25-30 minutes to get to the city center by U2, it is a light trip so for us it was great. There is a Hofer 3' away and a Spar 5' away, bakery and DM 1' away and also a pharmacy. The area is very quiet during the night, same as tbe building and neighbours. There is construction ongoing but it will not be a problem if you go out and visit the city. It felt super safe. They offer free parking during your stay in a private parking, 1' away. This was the most important point for us, as parking in Vienna is 30€/day and it is hard to find a hotel with a private parking in which you don't scratch your car or if it is full, there is no place to park. The appartment is like a studio(very clean), we had the version with a sofa and it was good space for 2 people. There is a big table with 3 chairs, one wordrobe and shelves, space for hanging the jackets and shoe rack. Nice kitchen, well equiped, we only prepared tea and breakfast so it worked perfect for us. It also has induction stove, microwave, huge fridge, dishwasher, it is basically a kitchen. You get dish sponge, dish soap, tablets for the dishwasher, tea towel. Beds and pillows are very confortable and well sized. The bathroom is big. You will get hands soap and showergel/shampoo, towels. For cleaning, new bedsheets and towels, there is a fee per person and you can request them anytime. We really loved the place, we will get back here and also recommend it further.

The room and location were great. The room were very clean and had everything I needed. The train service is fast and it made it easy to see the rest of the city. The only negative for me was the lack of reception and contactless check in. It's nice to have someone to go to and ask questions even if the desk is not open all hours. This is well advertised and the online support was quick to respond to my questions but I would just keep this in mind if you are deciding between here and a hotel.

The apartments were great! Everything was as expected. Kitchen has everything needed for a bit longer stays. My partner loved that we had a coffeemaker and coffee catrages wanting for us when we arived. The bigest surprise for me was the big bathroom. I loved it. Only downside of these apartments is there location. It is about 20-30 min ride by metro or 30-45 min drive to the center. But taking all aspects in consideration, I am generally pleased with them. Also, important thing for future travellers, be carefully when checking out. The room password is no longer valid after exactly 11:00 so be carefull.

All recommendations for the listed accommodation. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is excellent. The parking garage is 300m from the accommodation. We will come back again, the first time we go to Vienna. The metro station is 200m from the accommodation (in 25 minutes with line u2, you will reach the city center). A bakery with always fresh food is 150m away (a chicken sandwich is 4.2€). The Hofer store, which has everything, is 300m from the accommodation. The phenomenal BILA market is 500m from the accommodation. Restaurant Portobello is 500m from the accommodation, they have delicious food (lunch for two people, with drinks is around €35 ​​to €40). Compact cosy apartment. Superb bathroom - great shower. Instant hot water. Sat nav takes you directly to the address but correct entrance not so easy to spot in the dark so had to ask Customer Services who luckily were still open! Easy to access once you knew the system. Close to U-Bahn and Spar supermarket. Very easy to get to centre of Vienna, despite max of around 30 mins travelling. Couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Superb customer service - they couldn’t do enough for you. Extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the mattresses and my husband had to sleep on the sofa so had it not been for this bed problem we would have given the apartment 5 stars! The very efficient and caring Customer Services were quick to help resolve the issue. If you want to use the fitness room and/or sauna you need to ask at customer services. Would definitely stay again - nice to escape the busy city of Vienna and relax in a quiet area, safe in the knowledge that the lovely staff at Customer Services would be at hand to help sort out any problems!

Everything it was perfect. A new and quiet area.self check in.very cleaning room,except the distance from Wienna center about 10 km but there was the metro(Uban2)stop 2 min walk. The cheepest way from the Airport is: By Train OBB to Praterstern than metro U2 to Seestadt around 45-60 min

Clean - like a five-star hotel. All the little things, forks, spoons… Just perfect. And the mattress is great and comfortable. The pillow is poor. The room was very warm (in winter)

The place was great, standard, clean room with kitchen and everything you need to cook, big bathroom. Parking included in price. Metro station is 3 minutes walk away. The whole neighbourhood is new and quiet. It takes 15-20 minutes by subway to get to city center, but that should not be a problem because train arrives every 5 minutes. (My tip is to check if the ubahn line U2 is working properly before making the reservation. We had no problem, but it crossed my mind that if there was a problem with train it would be difficult to reach) There is grocery store nearby with everything you need. I would like to give special credits for fast responding to messages, very kind and helpful staff.

Top staying in Wien in a very clean, comfortable, modern, full equipped apartment located in a new quarter of Wien with all facilities around (supermarket, bank, cafe’, metro station). Parking place included in the rate (that is impossible in Wien) access without any key. You can reach the center of wien in 20 min. Powerful Wi-Fi connection. So we had a great experience in Wien.

Cleanliness- bathroom/bedrooms spotless. Cutlery draw had 2 hairs in it but as everything else was very clean I felt this was an accident. Clean towels, sheets, no horrible smells, shower clean, new sponges for kitchen. Bathroom great size Bed firm but felt comfortable. Space for suitcases Clean throughout the building- so great reflection on apartment. The area has a peacefulness and access to go for a jog around the lake. Bars/coffee shops (the bakery and cafe had oat milk which we love for our breakfast and they cooked a lovely unusual dish for our first stay) The metro is so close- 2mins then jump on straight into the centre to see everything. Very easy to use. As the metro wasn’t available from there on our visit due to repair there’s a bud 84a that takes you to the next metro stop on a regular basis. It’s free. Was also so easy. We really did love this place. When we arrived we thought it was too far out but it was in fact perfect for us!

I've been staying here since 2019 already and I have to say, it is one of the finest places to accomodate yourself. You have free parking, a game room (closeed during Corona times), terraces on every floor, reading room. Access is done via code in the building and in the room, so you don't have to worry about losing your keys anymore. The rooms are clean and personnel is very friendly. One time, there was a misunderstanding how the room is going to be payed, via withdrawl from my account or invoice. The process, took I think 2 months but the people there, were very patient (so was I) very understanding and there was no pressure once it was decided to be payed via invoice.

Everything is wonderful except "dust". The room and the stuff were very dusty and I got sick on my third day in Vienna because of my dust allergy.
