NEVER AGAIN!! Magenta customer care sucks. They had s contract with me where they were providing me internet for 8 eur per Gb from 2014-2022 (26x the price of other provider like yesss(0.33 eur per gb)). When i tried to quit the contract, they on purpose did not provide us the exact form that was needed to transfer the number to another provider. We ahd to go three times to different magneta pffice costing us more than 3 hours in total to get this thing working.

I came 30 minutes before the shop would be closed -and did not get service and have been told to come tomorrow not in the nice way. This is not possible!And no respect to people and their time! So very bad service!

Magenta is just trying to get as much money out of your pocket as possible thats all they stand for. We got the entire apartments cables redone and the magenta technician said that he needs to install an outlet that will cost us 80 euros although the end of the cable was adapted to be connected directly to the modem. The outlet has the value of 5 euros. He said he wont install the internet unless we agree to pay him. I went to this branch to get this sorted and they were like " oh sorry we cant take care of this extra 80 euros charge". Tell me who can! If magenta cannot take care of its own charges and technicians tell me who can ?! Oh btw this i the job the technician has done and left gracefully at our kitchen door. Just dangling there! Get yourself 5g internet if you can. And not from magenta!

This is not complaint about the store, it's complaint about violent marketing going on between T-Mobile and Magenta. Yes, VIOLENT MARKETING. You wanna know what it is? It's when you try to log on your T Mobile Box Internet and instead of loging you on T-Mobile takes you to Magenta add and offers, 30 minutes and longer you are forced to sit and wait in YOUR HOME for YOUR INTERNET till stupid Magenta offer is gone. I don't want Magenta i want T-Mobile to stop harrasing me with violent Marketing in my own house, this is worse than video adds on Youtube, this is next level harrasement.

Very bad customer support! Dont buy Internet for your house from here, we bought it and paid 380€ for 6 months in total, while we had Internet only for couple of months as described. Be aware of fraud and dishonesty.

Amazing, fast and efficient service. The employees were very kind and knew what they were doing. One of the few Magenta stores with really good customer service.

This is a company that is a thief. If you have a prepay card and they will book a small amount of what you load so you are forced to load again the full amount. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Go and get A1 card or subscription.

Awful waiting time and employees that don't seem interested. I tried twice,waiting 20 mins each time to get served and had to give up in the end. While I was waiting, there wasn't even a single person in front of me in the queue who got served.

I cancelled my contract and the guy told its done I will get confirmation letter in next few days. They keep withdrawal money from my account. I called costumer care they said your contact is still open. Worst service. It's very hard to understand simple things.

Tourist trap! Arrive Airport, take CAT to Vienna, stop in Magenta shop. They sell T-Mobile SIM cards 40 GB + 2000 minutes for €10 Here's how it works. Pay €10. The store clerk activates and installs the SIM card in the store. The "No SIM Card Installed" error displays. The clerk sees the error. You ask for a refund. The manager says "no, the SIM card is activated". You just learned your first tourist lesson. Tuition €10, non-refundable. Epilogue: Magenta initially responded to this review: "Response from the owner 16 hours ago It's a pity that you had such a negative impression of our service 🙁 It may have taken a little longer for your SIM card to be displayed correctly, but we hope that you were still able to use it and thank you for your feedback. …" You know that is not true. The store clerk tried the same line on me. She told me that there was just an activation delay, and she expected me to walk out of the store believing her. The SIM did not work during the 4 day stay in Vienna. As the reader can see from Magenta's response above, they are attempting to add misdirection and denial to their initial misstep. The whole reason for going to the train station Magenta on arrival was to consult with store experts and get the SIM card working rather than trying to figure out ourselves and risk error. That strategy does not work.
