Renovation has been completed recently. The lobby, buffet restaurant and rooms are changed to be better, however, the room is still old fashioned furniture and a very narrow bathroom(quite inconvenient...ㅠ) Location is the best of any hotels in Vientiane.

Very nice hotel! Lovely restaurant and swimming pool, very comfortable rooms and an amazing bed where I slept like a baby. Rooms are ready for work since you have pretty good desk and a proper working chair. All in all, excellent experience. Great breakfast as well!

This is the hotel that i stayed a lot and hope to stay again ; its location is in the middle of town and 5 minutes walking distance to day market and approximately 10 minutes walking to day market, the rooms are clean, fresh,the workers are cheerful,helpful and both breakfast and lunch buffet are incredible,there is swimming pool,massage service also an airport shuttle,the hotel has peace and quiet,this is the hotel for both business and vacation, i am really glad to know them especially Ms Pom and others for their great support..I really hope to see you again, Khop Chai 😊

Kind of plain rooms for a 5 star hotel. Good breakfast, decent hotel restaurant and bar. Great location in the middle of the downtown district. We walked everywhere. Surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants to explore.

Quality of breakfast, the common areas and guest rooms were great. Overall felt very spacious. Room facilities and amenities were in very good condition, wifi was reliable throughout my 5nights stay. Hotel staff were prompt and attentive, and the complimentary airport shuttle was easily arranged. Only issue is room doors are heavy and the soft/slow close always slams the door and can be heard from inside the room.

Perfect central location, clean throughout, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Nice pool and sauna. Rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had lots of options to suit any taste and it was all great.

My 1st time ever going to LAOS. Was average more towards your calm traffic. Quiet city so great to get away from everything & everyone.

The food was great, the accessibility still need improvement. The toilet need to step up about 30cm high. Client with wheelchair will have challenges in using the Felicity. I was there joining the workshop and had Lunch there. Food is amazing many dishes are provided

Nice stay! Easy check in/out, large room, personnel kind and attentive. This is a perfect hotel where to stay for a biz trip or just traveling. Shuttle bus available from and to airport.

It is a very nice looking hotel. Very comfortable and with a good service. The only thing I didn't like related to this hotel is that you could hear other people going back and forth in the corridor and banging with their doors.

Nice comfortable rooms. Clean with hot & cold water shower. Free Wifi and room service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wonderfull place for any kind of event

A very nice hotel with delicate interiors. The deluxe room is very spacious, comes with a working desk. Bed is comfy. Basic amenities is complete. Staffs are friendly, service is good. Attended a work event at the hotel, grand ballroom is very conducive and comfy too. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. Food quality is commendable, with fusions of Lao, ASEAN and Japan. The location of the hotel is a 15-minutes walk away from the Mekong River and the night market. It is easy and pretty safe to travel on foot. There is a Swensen's, Texas Chicken and a pizza shop right opposite of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Plenty parking lot Good food both Lao and western. Modern style hotel with meeting rokm rental service can contain around 50+. In the city center, not far from center point and can walk to Mekong river bank and Night market. It's quiet safe around here.

The location is in the city, easy to travel. The receptionist provides good service. The food is very delicious. But they arranged for non-smokers to be on the 3rd floor, which was very smelly and there were many mattresses placed in a mess around the elevator area. It makes walking difficult and the atmosphere is gloomy.

This has to be the top hotel in Vientiane. Its location might not in the middle of town but is near to almost anything to see, do and dine within walking distance. Front Desk Staff is especially cordial and helpful...no concierge needed.

We shifted here from another hotel. Rooms are clean, housekeeping was helpful. Near to town area. Food is quite good from our Room Service order. Recommended to have some entertainment in the quiet lounge at the lobby.

A nice, comfortable and warm place that hidden away in the heart of Vientiane. Spacious, discreet rooms with affordable service. The only thing I would not to recommend is the food in restaurants (they have 2 or 3). You can have the same 50 meters away with cheaper price and funnier atmosphere.

27.8.2021 It is closed and in renovation. Had workshop there. Venue is fine and functional but meeting room old fashioned. Lunch was "ok". Not my first choice for a larger meeting.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff were wonderful. The best Christmas away from home, if I could I would give them 10 stars.
