Very good centre hotel comfortable beds very clean rooms all the staff are very kind and helpfull....asian breakfast..wifi weak in rooms but ok in reception area.i am back in my favourite city hotel... rooms renovated beautifully many of the same delightful staff including Mr moon the manager who is super kind and helpful...the best hotel to stay in the centre of Vientiane.

Very nice hotel, room was spacious enough, toilet was clean enough. Would be better if the television had some English channel for tourist to watch. Room view was nothing special or wow, but it's alright. Breakfast was alright, nothing special, felt homey. Surround area was safe even tho I walked out at like 2am. There's a nice dim sum and noodle place nearby which is really good. However for the streets nearby, there are often ladyboys lurking around the area. But if you just ignore them, everything is OK. Overall, nice hotel to stay at.

Manager was useless. Gave me a room with faulty air-con, brought it to his attention that the air-con was not good and not working even after I had tried for 30 minutes. His response was that maybe I don't know how to operate and cause the air-con to malfunction! What kind of audacity to said that! Wrote an email to complain to the higher management and there was no response at all. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because of their location and cannot give a 0 star.

Staff service is great but facilities are sucks. Wifi is unable to use, no one can correct this. Door lock broken, no one try to replace with the proper one.

Basic and clean. The GM is a very helpful and knowledgeable man who enjoys interacting with people. You will be comfortable staying here. Very good location.

Slow at check out and internet connectivity is only good in lobby. Room ones depends on your luck.

I had very nice double bed room but pretty expensive - 45USD.
