Burger was cooked perfectly, hot and juicy with all the toppings correct. Pleasant surprise to find out no charge for extra cheese. Fries hot and fresh and such a generous portion. Everything was really clean and condiments were well stocked. Service was pretty quick for a lunch time visit. Less than 10 minutes to order and receive our food. We won't hesitate to stop in if we are in the area and need a burger.

Haven't been to a Five Guys in a long while. Stopped by with my daughter for lunch. I come here for the fries - you get plenty, they are the best! I douse mine with loads of vinegar ( Canadian style ) The burgers were very good and made to order, so you do have to wait a little. The only complaint we had was the cost! 2 burgers, 1 small fries and 1 drink - $31.00! Say what? So a family would be paying close to $100. I know everything is more expensive now, but come on! We can go to the golf course country club and get burgers and beers for that! I guess the Viera crowd don't mind paying their crazy prices.

One of the best fast food type of burgers out there but prices are getting out of control. $20 for a regular burger+ fry and drink seems excessive especially when there are better burgers at tables service places in the same price range. I expect to pay a premium but not that much. I will still occasionally visit but it'll be less often (looking at how empty the place was at lunch hour I don't seem to be the only one doing this).

Absolutely ridiculous service from these teens and "manager" working at this store. I was served a bag of EXTREMELY over seasoned fries that normally is served in a cup for this very reason. When I asked for a cup, they accused me of stealing a cup from them and were very rude about it. I placed my order on the app while driving and just pressed "order again" because my usual order is just fries and a drink. Apparently, my drink wasn't placed. I immediately went to my vehicle and got my wallet to pay for the drink and attempted to explain that it was a mistake only to be continously slandered and laughed at by ALL of the employees except an older gentleman cleaning the lobby. Even the manager was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to try to resolve the issue. I had to insist that he charge me for the drink. This could have been handled way differently. Instead of them throwing a greasy bag of fries on the counter, they could have simply said, "Excuse me, your order only includes fries. Would you like to purchase a drink?" Or anything better than how they handled it. This is why REAL management needs to be present. Customers shouldn't be treated this way, and the company loses money if you just let someone take a drink without paying. It was an honest mistake that got way out of hand.

The service is usually really good here and they cook their food good. They organize my burger in a bowl neatly.

I wanted just a normal cheeseburger and fries, and that's exactly what they serve there. It was delicious with nice gooey cheese dripping off the burger. Yummy 😋 You also get enough fries to feed 4 people.

We rarely make it up to the Avenues, but when we do, we instantly think of Five Guys. The staff are always very professional & respectful, the food is always delicious, and the crowd is always very welcoming. Always a great experience at this location.

Had a burgerand fries delivered to hotel. First the paper bag broke and all the fries went on the floor the ones i saved taste old. The burger didnt taste right i will never recommend this place thats why people buy McDonalds at least you get decent food. This is the next day the burger gave me the runs. I knew something was off. If you care about you health don't eat here. The delivery partner has nothing to do qith the quality of the food.
