Food was as good as any other location, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restrooms (clogged toilet) and the outdoor patio furniture had bird poop all over the tables and chairs so we ended up sitting inside.

While the food is on par with the franchise, they suffer miserably on service! I gave this review 2 years before posting my conclusions. Today I ended up having to call like the previous 6 times to bring my order on curbside. I would go in, but taking 3 kids in to pick up a bag is just cumbersome. Today when I called I said I was waiting for 30 mins and called 2 times. They finally came out and said it must be the car. I read my receipt and it clearly stated my car description. Food good, staff is suffering miserably and hasn't improved over a long term period.

Panera has an excellent menu. All the meals are delicious and very affordable.. Their customer service is above and beyond what I expected.. Keep up the good work.. ☺

Payton A was a great customer service representative. Payton was able to help me decide what to eat with such a large menu it can be difficult at times. I loved the chipotle chicken avocado melt with tomato soup that they had recommended. It was a great meal to complete my busy day. Arianna made the food and Emily prepared the to go package. Can’t say enough good things about this awesome team.

First impression when walking in, all floors and counters were dirty. Carpet had a dirt built up that was obviously not from a day seems like it wasn’t clean for years, the self serve counter by beverages were dirty. Almost all tables were dirty. The one I sat at was the least dirtiest, table dividers were filthy and left with dust and food residues. Bathroom was stinky, dirty - the sink faucet is falling apart. It seems they can’t afford to buy a new one. I hope the kitchen isn’t in as bad condition as the rest of the restaurant (there were flies inside the restaurant). This should be an example for all the other Panera breads to not let it get this bad, it’s so neglected and sad to see something like this. I’ve never seen a Panera bread so filthy.

Took my grand daughter there for lunch-it was our first time at panera. We enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. Will definitely go again w her.

Panera is a staple of great food and service. I gave it 4 stars because they are getting a bit pricy for the smaller meals they serve. I know they have a standard they follow so I was not shorted for my meal. I got a salad that looked a bit skimpy but they showed me how everything is weighed out and it is always the same. So, the price was a bit high for what you get. I will have to say, the food is always delicious.

AVOID AVOID AVOID … VERY DIRTY.!!!! (See other reviewer’s comments). I got FOOD POISONING from their breakfast sandwich with sausage. We had a bad experience with their food. Both my husband and I got sick. Spoke to the manager who said that they would refund me but I’d have to physically be in the store. I could not make it in so they said they’d send a gift card instead. They sent a coupon for one meal entry (which is clearly much less than the value of the refund). Decided to give them a second chance. When explaining the issue to the manager Jada, she laughed at me and said she will not refund me. Very unprofessional. Really, for lack of a better term their service and restaurant are trashy and ran by low class trashy staff like Jada. Calling corporate soon after.

We have been here multiple times for various meals. The best time to stop here is for breakfast. The wait time is short and food is fresh. For lunch or dinner it gets crowded and orders are prepared in the order they are received. Order a soup and salad? 15 minute wait. Order a pre-made cinnamon roll that needs to be warmed? 15 minute wait. At least the food is tasty and the staff is friendly.

I go to this Panera often and I usually have a good experience when I go in. However I have ordered online multiple times for pick up, and not only do they NEVER bring it out to the car for curbside, but they mess things up with the order as well. I also just ordered through door dash and they completely didn't include the parfait I had ordered for a co worker, then gave me the completely wrong sandwich. Not to mention the sandwich was a mess and just thrown together. They literally did not care. Just over being continuously disappointed with this restaurant.
