First time trying the new five guys on Ramstein. While the ordering process was super fast and they have a great set up to get you through the line, the delivery process took a little longer than expected. Kind of miss the fries over flowing into the bag but you still get a ton of fries. The burger was pretty good. I got the bacon cheese burger, only wish a little extra time was taken to make sure the veggies covered the burger and weren’t thrown on it. I know everyone is trying their hardest and these are just being nit picky, but that’s what reviews are for. Was expensive, but five guys is expensive as everything is fresh and never frozen. Def will be back. Can’t beat Cajun fries.

They had non- hypoallergenic peanuts which nearly killed me outright. On top of that, there were ZERO, I repeat, ZEROOOO vegan options. I was forced to settle for an ALL-THE-WAY cheeseburger which caused me to stop being a vegetarian.

Disappointing, we got both the burger and veggie sandwich, plus fries and a Reese milkshake. Both meals had cold buns like they were just pulled out of the bag, and the cheese wasn't even melted. The burger isn't anything to write home about. We just had a burger king burger which out-tasted this bland slab of meat. The milkshake would've been fine, except they only give out paper straws that can't suck up the milkshake, and the more you try, the soggier and more useless the straw becomes. No silverware alternative available either, so waste of money for a milkshake you can't consume until melted. They give you an unreasonable amount of fries though lol They were like a sack of potatoes poured all over the inside of the bag. They're actually pretty good, so if you want fries, then maybe you'd come here. Otherwise, don't waste your money or calories here.

Ordered a Bacon burger, mayo, ketchup, grilled onions no cheese. They gave me a burger with tomatoes, pickles and cheese. They probably switched my meal with someone else's. When I asked about my order before I left I asked where my bacon was. They were kind enough to just give me a tray of bacon but my order was completely off. It would have been nice if my order was just correct or if they made my burger again.

If your wanting a great burger with a selection of sides or shakes this is the place to go. They accept card including AMEX. Let's start with the staff. Everytime I visited this location it has been nothing but professional and the best recommendations. Especially on the shakes I got to try some good ones. Now for the food. I went with the cheeseburger and got it all the way (basically adds a bit of everything on it.) Their fries portion is honestly the best I have seen. My favorite is there Cajun fries. A nice balance of spice and heat. Another top item would be getting there shakes these are 👌🏼. Don't forget there drinks they have a few alcoholic beverages to choose from as well. The burger was soooo good! It was doble meat. It was tasting homemade, and it wasn't grassy at all.

Best fast food in the KMC! The meat is 100% fresh, non-frozen with no fillers or preservatives. French fries hand cut, fried in cholesterol free peanut oil. Staff and Management are amazing and service is quick and hassle-free. Would like to see a drive-through service and maybe a breakfast menu in the future, but the restaurant is top of the-line!

Doesn't quite taste the same as the states. I'm glad it's here. I just wish it tasted more like home. Fries and shakes are still good, burgers are missing something. In response: if I had to guess what's different in the burgers, I would say the fat content of the meat is low. The meat was missing flavor and felt dry. My guess would be that it is related to the amount of flavor that comes from the fat ratio.

Slow service when there wasn't a big crowd. I waited 20 minutes for my meal with only 6 people ahead of me! And my burger was barely warm and soggy with mushrooms I didn't order! I must've counted 6 additional burgers sitting on the cold counter as I waited. The burger didn't taste any better than BK's, and was overpriced! Ended paying over 20€ for a meal! Never again.

No pictures to share, but I can say that this is an excellent burger and the keto option is not bad at all. Delicious, actually. The staff at the counter and the folks in the kitchen are all very friendly, the restaurant is clean and orderly, and the overall atmosphere is positively charged and welcoming. I rarely eat on base - boring! - but when I do, this is a wonderfully delicious and casual option.

There was 4 us, all first timers here at 5 guys, we went in and I noticed right away the place was clean, no smell residue, floor and tables were clean too. There was a line but we did not wait long, the crew was very patient with us, since we didn't know what to order yet. Food was good I ordered, hamburger and you can actually choose what to put in them, I had lettuce, tomato and onion on mine. My husband was please with his hotdog, he thinks he is a hotdog expert and it passed his taste.

great place to grab a bite to eat, I wouldn't say it's 100% of what you'll be accustomed to "taste wise" from the states, but still good.

IMAGINE … After a workout and you are so hungry. Boom Five guys pops in your head. I go there (Ramstein). Couldn’t pay with card , I had to pay cash. Ok cool, no problem. I asked for a triple bacon cheeseburger (lettuce wrap no bun). I waited 30 mins for This order. Took my drive back to landstuhl Home. I’m getting ready to eat, licking my lips , rubbing my hands. As soon as I took the burger out the bag , it felt so light . I looked , and they only gave me one patty! ONE PATTY! Didn’t even look presentable either. I paid $16! I’m so hurt smh! Future reference, make sure you check your bag and the burger for the things you paid for. RIDICULOUS!
