I visited Prof. Hassel because of a complicated problem which I had with one my fillings. He patiently described the procedure and all possible options. More importantly, the filling replacement session was totally pleasant.

The doctors, receptionist, and the nurses they were all professional and respectful. They are so kind and calm. I have searched for a long time for a professional clinic like this to remove my wisdom teeth. I have a narrow jaw and the bottom wisdom teeth were diagonal displaced, it was supposed to be a hard procedure . However, the operation lasted only one hour, the doctor didn‘t make any sudden moves, he was calm, confident and professional. It was a good decision i changed my clinic , I recommend this clinic for any treatment you need.

I have been looking to get an implant for a tooth since 2 years. First I was not convinced that I really need it, but over time, i was chewing only from one side, I decided maybe it is time to get one. I booked consultations with many doctors with google ratings 4,5 and above. NO doctor made me feel so safe and in good hands as Dr. Hunecke. He took his time to explain the entire process to me with drawings - answered all my questions, and assured me against my fears of damaging a nerve etc. with scientific , realistic explanations. Like what technology he has to help him calculate the distance to the nerve for example. I never felt he was a salesman, but always a doctor, who will help me through this treatment. He is kind, gentle, and agreed to do the consultation in english since it was easier for me to explain everything in English. The cost offers were provided in detail in advance and the surgery was planned very well with the series of appointments. Before the surgery I was called in for a detailed explanation about what to expect ( i was also in touch with another dentist in Mannheim who was considerably cheaper . But he just told me to come for the surgery and we will clarify everything on the same day. This made me feel nervous!). The surgery was take more serious than I had expected. the surgery room was completely separated from the main clinic, with a lower temperature. I was to take off my shoes, cover my feet and hair, and the doctor and assistants also covered everything very well. I noticed Dr. Hunecke did not even touch his overcoat after he put on the surgery gloves - his assistants helped him into it. During the surgery, i felt absolutely no pain, but he kept checking on me. After the surgery, i was called in 3 times to check if my wound was healing well. I would therefore HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hunecke for implant / dental surgeries. You will be is really good hands! Even his assistants speak highly of him in his absence. My surgery experience has been more than satisfactory, and worth every cent spent. the cosmetic stuff like crowns, fillings, etc is done by Dr. Hassel. He is very responsive to emails, and also sometimes funny :) I already had a crown done from him last year - 100% satisfied. I will have soon my implant crowned as well and can then update my review based on my experience. The only thing you need to check with Dr. Hassel is if the cost offers have no mistakes. I understand he is busy and it can be that something is pulled in twice, or whatever. But he was also quick to admit that the mistake was from their side, and send over a correction. If you have any questions about what the insurance covers and what not, you can always ask Dr. Hassel!

Der wohl beste Zahnarzt bei dem ich bisher war. Kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen. Tolle und freundliche Ärzte, dass gleiche gilt natürlich auch für die Schwestern. Vor jedem Eingriff wird deutlich und simpel alles erklärt und es werden alle Fragen beantwortet. Einfach Top !!!
