This is my wife and I second time staying the night here. We are visiting from Houston, TX, USA. The staff makes you feel so welcomed and the rooms are kept clean. We fell in love with the breakfast buffet. Fresh cucumber, tomatoes, smoked salmon, boiled egg, yogurts, oatmeal, slices of meats, cheeses, and more. We will always stay here of a room in available in Bad Mergentheim. Food and Bartec are no more than 10 minute walking distance

It was an absolute delight to stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Stayed here for two night on “Zeit für zweite package”. We had the vegetarian 3 course meal and were absolutely surprised with the taste. The food was delicious and the quantity was also good. The rooms are clean. There were two massage ladies. The one who gave me the massage was really good but for my husband, it could have been a little better. But our overall experience was definitely outstanding. Would highly recommend this place.

Great hotel, just a 10 minutes walk from the old City center. Ample parking space at the front and side and a quiet terrace in the back garden along the small river. Friendly staff that tenders to your needs at front desk and restaurant area. Breakfast offers something for everyone. Clean and modern designed rooms with ditto bathroom.

I like this hotel. The city center is 7 walking minutes away. There are multiple supermarkets also not far away. The rooms vary from small to very roomy and luxurious. I find the standard room too small. The premium room is really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The WLAN ist average. From the perspective of a business visit, I do recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff are very nice! Tasty food, and clean rooms but no AC unfortunately. With AC I'd easily give 5 stars.

Michaela rocked. She works hard and is seemingly there doing a bit of everything. Very nice hotel that is very well kept. Would like to see some better bathroom amenities provided (conditioner, hand soap, and lotion) but otherwise great experience. Definitely recommend.

This place is perfect. A host who is most accomadating and welcoming, and takes personal care that the guests are comfortable. The place has clean, warm rooms with comfy beds and clean toilets and showers. The restaurant is great and food tastes yum! There was plenty of parking space too. Wonderful family that runs the place. Would definitely visit again.
