UPDATE: from January 7th Superkato is open again :) Delicious Sushi and fair prices :) now during the coronavirus situation they are open from 10:00-15:00 from Tuesday to Saturday but it’s better if you call before and make an order since it’s very crowded :)

One of my favorite sushi place in Frankfurt, good quality, authentic sushi. Be aware of the peak time during lunch, and if you go there too late some products may run out. There are no seats for eating there anymore but only for take away. Btw, Their wasabi is really good!

Amazing sushi for the price. When you enter it smells like the best sushi rice smell ever. I had the tamago-maki (slightly sweet egg), tsunamayo-maki (tuna Mayo) and the ebi-maki (shrimp) they were all delicious and the staff we friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back

Best sushi in the city and offered at a fair price. It's great for a quick bite and the quality is always fantastic. The place is run by a dedicated Japanese staff that take their food serious.

Good sushi, it has a unique atmosphere and I like that it tries to be more authentic with a shop inside and the intact maki displayed. The maki are great and the food is overall well made. Great place for a lunch break and the place gets crowded easily

Absolutely unbeatable value for money. The sushi is by far the best in town and the selection is very decent. The place could be a little more inviting. The staff are friendly and apart from peak time on Saturdays the service is pretty quick. On Saturdays however after 11:30 count on 30 minute waiting times.

Authentic market experience ordering the sushi and amazing quality fish. You order and get a number and wait until they pack it up for you. Cannot beat these prices. Would definitely recommend the unagi (eel) and trying one of their individually sold big rolls. The supermarket is very small and pricey but the veggies looked fresh and they have fried tofu blocks for under 3€.

Best price/quality ratio you're going to get for sushi in Frankfurt. Always fresh, and always full of people. The only downside now is that due to corona you can only order to takeaway

Made to order sushi nigiri, maki and futomaki for takeaway. Just order (a la carte pieces, rolls, or set boxes) at the counter, they will give you a number, and you pay when it's ready. Also doubles as a Japanese grocery store.

Amazing authentisch hands down the best sushi in Frankfurt

It is quite a small place... I expect a larger variety. The sushi rolls looked fantastic... but I wish they also had onigiri. Overall this is a nice place but I think thaty expectations were higher.

Crowded place for fresh maki. You can find also basic Japanese ingredients. There is a water fountain too !

Really good sushi! No wonder why there’s a long line. They have kinds of sushi and small grocery store inside. When we visited here, they had only a few sushi. But they made sushi that we want for us. Took some time but so nice of them! I’d like to visit here again when we are in Frankfurt :D

Great place for sushi takeout or to eat standing at a table inside. Rolls e.g salmon are around 2.5€/roll. Lately it gets very packed on saturdays which is sad as its otherwise a cute small store with calm atmosphere. Like it nonetheless:)

Quick, affordable sushi when you stop in. There is nowhere to eat inside so make sure you are taking it somewhere or enjoy sitting in the park with it.

At this price point and quality it definitely deserves 5 stars. Happen to stumble upon this place and saw the food display from the shop window. Got 4 maki rolls + 2 inari for 11 euros. Very much enjoyed the food!
