Great apartment. Very good location: close to the city center, easily accessible, parking garage very close by for €10/day and a super market (and mall) across the street. The apartment we were in was very comfortable: lots of space, comfortable beds and big screen tv with Netflix app with logged in account (done in a very smart way with one profile per guest language). Great combination of being able to do stuff by yourself (for example checking in & out yourself by using the provided code) and having a great host (Charan) on Whatsapp to help where needed. Of course you should not expect luxury of a five star hotel here; but I prefer ‘living in the city’ for a few days with a large fridge, cooking possibilities, free fast wifi and a tv you can use like at home; above the luxury mini-minibar, ‘premium’ (priced) wifi and a tv which has hotel mode blocking you using it for other purposes than watching local channels. Great value for money, would absolutely recommend!

Not recommended at all. I booked this hotel because of the high ratings but end up with pure disappointment. No storage room available. They suggest putting your luggage at the Train station, which is expensive. Furthermore, the hotel is neither responsive nor responsible to their clients .... and with surprisingly high price.

They changed the room with a much worse room, didnt paid difference, although they promised. No air conditioning (it was in summer and hot days.

I agree with Vlasis. Charan was really helpful and the appartment was just what was needed for four people. For parking, use contipark which is just around the corner. Probably the cheapest and safest from the parking spaces around the corner.

The location is very great near the shops in front of a big department store.

Great atmosphere. Great apartments. If you don't mind the traffic and cars driving by, it's the place for you to stay and spend some time in DD.

Booked 2 apartments for a group of 8. Rooms were clean when we've arrived and Nils showed them to us, as well as answered some of our questions and told us where we could go in Duesseldorf. For the price that we've paid, this was definitely a good place. With good wifi speeds, a smart TV that we could connect to, nice big windowsz comfortable beds we probably couldn't ask for more. A good choice if you have a group of 4 or more.

Very nice and helpful staff, the location of the apartment is excellent, the check in and the check out was done without any problems. The apartment is very simple and modern equipped. I would definitley recommend this accommodation for a stay in Dusseldorf.
