Customer service? They don't know what that is.. fish was frozen, served in oil sauce. When said to the Waiter he just took the plate and reheated it, when it came back it was hard, chewy and still frozen in the middle. He didn't even apologise, it was inedible. I asked for the bill, and he printed it out straight away and charged for everything although I didn't touch it. Absolutely horrible, rude and expensive for no reason, not even 1 star and I don't even know what I paid for €35 for what?!

If you’re used to travel to Spain, you know exactly what you’re going to get. The waiting staff are comically disorganised, running around and inefficient 😅 At least, they’re entertaining. We ordered the house croquettes which were tasty a ham & cheese salad and a tuna sala. Neither salads were dressée so you had to pour your own olive oil and vinegar to have a complete dish. Anyway, affordable and cheerful. Would go again for the location.

I ordered grilled cod and potatoes Received frozen and disgusting ,sent it back they "reheat" still frozen and disgusting I told the waiter thank you bill please Worst service didn't apologise and took full price 🤢🤮

Worst experience in a restaurant by the beach. It was my first time going to Vigo and this experience ruined an overall good experience at the beach. I ordered the pizza and the mushrooms smelled a bit funky and the ham looked like it was heated in a microwave. Waiters were running around so fast they actually were falling over, but they still managed to make us wait. Avoid it at all costs.

It has changed from last year as if you want to seat outside now it is self service. I understand why they do it but it feels very weird
