    In Japan, if a person goes to an establishment and the service is not good, they do not make any comments, they simply never return. I will never return to Casa decoration store here in the Gran Vía Shopping Center because although the prices of some items may be adjusted, the customer service is terrible. One star I must mark for merits they deserve zero. In addition to not returning, I do want to make the reason clear.

    Attention in disastrous store. On 1/2/24 I placed an order online with the in-store pickup option offered by the store. The next day a guy called me and kindly explained to me that there had been a problem with the stock of one of the requested products. , that they were going to cancel that part of the order with the corresponding refund and that that same day I could pick up the rest of the order and that physically in the store they would show me something similar to what I had ordered to see if it convinced me and thus completing the package again. At 9:30 p.m. that same day I show up at the store apologizing for the hours to pick up the order and buy six different glasses, Miss Janet Flores helps me and almost without letting me speak she tells me that the manager is not there and I will have to come In her turn to pick up my order since it was not prepared and that they had not left her notification of anything, I try to explain to her that they called me in the morning and that they confirmed that it was prepared but she denies me again that there is nothing there for me that she is not going to help me and that she cannot show me any glasses since according to her “those special glasses are on a pallet in the warehouse and she cannot go look for them because she is alone and cannot be away from the store for so long.     I am unhappy with this place. They do not refund the money if you return an item, which in my case did not turn out as I expected and I ended up buying somewhere else.
