1/2/24
I
placed
an
order
online
with
the
in-store
pickup
option
offered
by
the
store.
The
next
day
a
guy
called
me
and
kindly
explained
to
me
that
there
had
been
a
problem
with
the
stock
of
one
of
the
requested
products.
,
that
they
were
going
to
cancel
that
part
of
the
order
with
the
corresponding
refund
and
that
that
same
day
I
could
pick
up
the
rest
of
the
order
and
that
physically
in
the
store
they
would
show
me
something
similar
to
what
I
had
ordered
to
see
if
it
convinced
me
and
thus
completing
the
package
again.
At
9:30
p.m.
that
same
day
I
show
up
at
the
store
apologizing
for
the
hours
to
pick
up
the
order
and
buy
six
different
glasses,
Miss
Janet
Flores
helps
me
and
almost
without
letting
me
speak
she
tells
me
that
the
manager
is
not
there
and
I
will
have
to
come
In
her
turn
to
pick
up
my
order
since

prepared
and

repeats

me

that
I

come
during
the
manager's
time
and
that
it

fault

not
having
left
the
order
ready,

she
has
nothing
to
do
with
it
and
that
she
is
not
going
to
help
me
being
alone.
I
insist
again
and
tell
him
that
part
of
the
order
is
ready
and
that
I
want
to
take
it,
and
that
I
cannot
come
during
the
manager's
schedule,
which
is
precisely
why
I
place
the
order
online,
because
I
don't
have
time.
After
15
minutes
of
stupid
conversation
in
which
the
saleswoman's
tone,
far
from
being
friendly,
detonated

interest
in
her
work,
she
turns
around
and
picks
up
a
package,
reading
the
label
to
me
as
if
wanting
to
explain
to
me
how
she
has
to
be
prepared
my
supposed
order
that
does
not
appear
and
oh!
surprise,
the
package
he
had
in
his
hands
was
mine.
If
from
the
minute
one
had
bothered
to
turn
around
and
see
if
there
was
really
something
prepared
in
my
name
we
would
have
saved
this
waste
of
time.
I
tell
him
that
I
want
to
see
something
else
to
take
with
me
since
I
had
the
gift
incomplete
and
he
tells
me
“do
what
you
want
but
you
have
to
pay
me
for
it.
There
you
have
the
entire
store.”
It
is
unfortunate
that
people
like
this
lady
are
facing
the
public
and
leaving
the
name
of
the
store
in
this
position,
evidently
I
bought
the
6
glasses
that
I
was
missing
that
were
supposedly
on
a
pallet
hidden
in
the
warehouse
that
in
the
end
coincidentally
were
displayed
in
the
store
and
I
I
went
without
an
apology
on
her
part
or
anything
like
that,
although
from
her
face
and
her
grimaces,
as
the
conversation
progressed,
she
herself
realized
how
ridiculous
she
was
making
herself
during
the
time
that
she
somehow
attended
to
me.
