One of the bag was been missing from my luggage, and when I approached the reception at that time the receptionist Mr. Hussain was so rude and spoke hopeless language. The bag is still missing and they trying hard not to show the cctv. They have their own foolish reasons. I will not recommend this hotel for reasons of safety and threat to even lives of people. Mr. Hussain threatened me to see me and all... This was insane.

While booking and check in, committed as 1800/- plus taxes will also add 10% discount. But during checkout Mr. Hussain charged 2200/- + taxes.. which is a very bad experience. don't book any rooms in Hotel Madhuvan

We've been to this place for dinner. Almost they were about to close. Even though it was they're closing time , they served us hot delicious food without any hurry-burry . Really have to appreciate 2 people (a boy and a girl) , who took order very well and served us , Don't know their name . But Thanks , it's much appreciated after a long day and finding good place to have dinner .

The hotel has In-Room Dining options available with minimal contact service and disposable/sanitized crockery & cutlery. Hotel staff ensures to maintain social distancing at all times. Every guest's travel records are maintained as per local and central Government of India guidelines. While working with supplier and contractors hotel complies with health advisories and Government guidelines.

Im a marketing person, i have work in laptop, if you in room no Airtel internet connectivity and i asked for wifi, this hotel no wifi connectivity properly, it's to difficult to make any report or work in laptop and attend any Google meet meetings beacuse of very bad internet connectivity and also wife connectivity and charged high for room and not providing complimentary kit, they provide only soap and towel even don't provide water also.

Very slow service and not so good food. The salt was on higher side in veg hakka noodles taht we had ordered. and when complained about it the manager tasted it and said the salt is correct and it’s supposed to be that way! Not expected this behaviour from a reputed hotel/restaurant manager. Highly disappointed! In short, please avoid this restaurant.

The best thing that I liked about this hotel is - they offer 24 Hrs. Check out timing. The rooms are small but comfy and clean, a good garden as well in house restaurant, veg food, nice test. Overall a happy family experience.

This is one of the best hotels and restaurants in Vijayapur especially for vegetarians. Must try dishes: Raj Kachori, Paneer Tikka and Fruit Punch juice.

Very arrogant staff Hussain.Asking for full room price while checking out,though entire amount paid in advance. Needs full training on politeness.In 10 mins he was proven wrong but still arrogant.Looks like Hindu muslim angle to trouble Hindu customer. All Hindus, avoid this hotel.

Food was good but in desert we have ordered strawberry crush sundae and Pina colada icecream but they have given strawberry milk shake and vanilla milk shake this is not we expect in this hotel it's disappointed.
