We
checked
in
at
7pm.
Requested
for
late
checkout
the
next
day(5pm).
They
denied
saying
since
we
booked
on
Make
my
trip
they
can’t
help.
If
we
had
booked
directly
they
would
have
accommodated.
Why?
2.
Staff
are
not
helpful.
Felt
like
a
self
service
hotel.
The
lady
who
checked
us
in
was
polite
but
the
house
keeping
did
not
attend
to
bringing
our
luggage
upstairs,
we
took
it
ourselves.
TV
was
not
working,
house
keeping
said
they
will
come
but
they
did
NOT

There
was
a
senior
staff
at
the
desk
in
the
morning
was
pretty
rude
to
us
for
asking
him
tag
our
suitcases
as
we
were
going
to
collect
it
later.
They
had
tagged
other
suitcases
but
had
a
problem
to
tag
ours

Noticed
a
difference
in
how
customers
who
have
booked
directly
are
treated
versus
make
my
trip
5.
Breakfast
buffet
was
good,
variety
of
dishes
and
restaurant
staff
were
helpful

Rooms
were
spacious
but
the
linen
was
all
wrinkled,
no
cupboard
(room
104),
water
from
toilet
spray
was
of
too
much
force,
entire
toilet
gets
wet
after
taking
a
shower,
room
service
acts
like
they
don’t
understand
what
you’re
saying
to
get
away
from
work,
had
to
ask
for
a
towel
and
extra
water
bottle
as
2
of
us
were
staying

Location
is
good,
very
close
to
railway
station,
Qaswa,
Hallimane
and
Gol
Gumbaz
8.
Will
NOT
visit
again
unless
management
has
changed/improved
