Worst staff, very rude behaviour by female staff at the billing counter. Even if you purchase above 3000 they won't accept the VOUCHERS or COUPON CODES while billing. Couldn't purchase many of the items because of default scanning device, even after scanning for multiple times it didn't show up on the computer. Staff should be trained properly to interact with customers and need proper guidance to work at the billing counter.

There are more options..but the supporting staffs behaviour n management is not gOod towards coustomers..

Good Place for Shopping in Bijapur price is less compare to other shopping malls,offers are available at the time of festivals ,staff are very good and professional ,Big parking space is available, Digital payment phone pay available there ,Completely sanitized place,I like the Trail Rooms there.

No doubt the Vishal mega Mart has affordable price for goods and clothes. But there is no hygienic and cleanliness in Mart and trail rooms are horrible and very dirty. Especially the shoe and slippers section is horrible and not well maintained.

Every product is mixed up and you will not get the product you want (clothes sizes are mixed up)

They won't give a carry bag that is very bad to merchants & if we take bag they make 18 rupees its a not enough to purchaser

Visible on main road. Road in front of mart is one way. There is no proper designated parking area. Mart is crowded most of the time.
