It's all about last day experience dated 17 November 2023, we waited half n hour no one attended, who are free they just speaking themselves and laughing don't bothered what we asking, and they didn't gave glass of water also after asking many times finally we complaint about staff bevaiour to manger he just smiling but no solution, vijaypur malbar gave us so worst experience. Service become zero.

Worst experience ever, not recommended, we purchased bangles, the colour of the bangles changed after using only a few times(white), when we asked, they were not in the mood to listen to our concerns. They are not giving guarantees of the colour for exchanged products also, they said it will also change the colour, it doesn't look like gold. Executives were lazy and argumental. They won't care about you and your problems.

Purchased silver ring for my daughter few months back. The quality of diamond stones over silver ring are totally pathetic. It was 40 diamonds ring while 10-15 diamonds have been fallen apart now. The rate of ring is also very costly and when asked about the same to the sales person, he somehow said this and that and confused in a very bad way. Also the make in charges are very high.They are charging same amount for 92% purity silver and 98% purity silver. Full of cheating activity. National level jewellery shop not expected this kind of cheating. Please do bot buy anything from Malabar.
