Slow service. Total mismanagement. Taking long time to serve breakfast and tea. Tasteless food.Even quantity is too less. Total waste of money and time. Not even bothered to settle the bills early even after informing well in advance about check out time. Not at all recommendable.

Staying at galaxy was awesome highly recommend very clean and ,the staff,food was great . All the monument and places to visit is very close by as the hotel is centrally located (10 to 15 minutes drive) I would highly recommend u to stay here it will be a great experience

A wonderful stay at the galaxy hotel.was surprised to see how the owner was on his feet the whole day taking care of the guests,managing the staff..His humble nature was truly impressive..his staff was very humble and helpful.. overall a wonderful stay and the best part was that all the attractions of the city were very close by .. ample parking space, open air seating arrangements apart from the restaurant..

Nice maintained rooms, good room service, located very near most of the attractions in Vijayapura. Good food, ambience and enough parking spaces. We arrived a bit late and needed some medicines for the family members but the hotel staff arranged for medicines to be delidelivered to our rooms. Very nice gesture.

Front office team was hopelessly cheap. They don’t respect the booking done through third party. Asked additional charges for extra bed which was part of initial booking. So please watch out.. Hotel manager’s inability to manage the front office team is obviously seen. So team should have some courtesy for the guest who trust and rely on hotel through their bookings

Rooms are good. The staff is courteous. They bring breakfast from some Udupi outlet nearby. If they want to compete with the likes of fern Vijapura or even kstdc property(which is surprisingly good for a govt hotel), they need to have a breakfast buffet.

The place is very clean and well kept. The price is very fair for the quality of place and service. The food was great too, especially the lemon rice. The owner and the staff were very cooperative in general. The owner offered us free breakfast on early check in. They were very helpful with booking transport, helping us get around, or even offering help at every point without it being asked for. Very courteous and nice people.

Party hall n arrangements were really good but washroom near party hall is not maintained well .

Great food and service. Their set menus are perfect and offer a taste of a little bit of everything. The ambience is quite simple and calming. Makes for a good meal with family or colleagues. Their dumplings are really good. Speed service…

Hotel is good but I was not sure if I was in Karnataka or somewhere else. No one knows Kannada there , except one Mr. Shetty. I request the Hotel management to either train or get Kannada speaking staff . This is a disgrace , being in Karnataka everyone speaks Hindi . On a positive note , hotel is worth the money . Very nice and clean . Food and service is good . Special thanks to Mr. Shetty , he always has a very welcoming smile with the guests .

Hotel staff are very polite and courteous. Really worth to consider this place for stay if your looking for a hotel in Vijayapura. Breakfast was really good. Only thing which they can improve is that service can be improved by staff. I had to wait for sometime during breakfast time.

Had a greate experince with my hubby. In a very short time they have arranged for birthday function, staff is very good.food service is also very reasonable and quantity is more, n tasty also.. Thank u galaxy and team for making our day special😊..

The place sounds and looks stunning but in reality The ambiance is not as it looks from outside - 3 starts Food is not great compared to other restaurants- 2 stars They should work more on their service-3 stars All in all not a very good experience Hope will see some improvements in upcoming days

The food yammy, the staff is nice, especially Amit, Pradeep.. I tried chicken biryani, 7/10 rating to chicken, gravy part has to be less, and the chicken should be with less bone part, I found only bone part.. When you order, please customise it..

Food taste is very worst, buffet breakfast spread is very cheap. Rooms look neat but too slippery in bathroom. Parking is in open sun at owners risk, entrance to the resort is not good. Lift does not work most of the time.
