Amazing 11/10 if i had to rate it like that, the staff were really friendly and helpful, everything was well maintained, and the breakfast was top notch.

The staff here is mind blowing , u can never get a hospitality like this anywhere I guarantee u that . Food and ambience was also too good , especially allarakha sir , athuth bhai and suban ❤️🙌🏻

Went for a family dinner yesterday with (coupons) and was very disappointed with the taste of food they just changed the price during bills and reduced the quantity of food as well. It was just horrible experience waste of money. (The coupans are total waste)

Bedsheets are used one room alloted to us. After scolding room changed. Food supply lot of delay. Rooms are spacious but one who like cleanliness not opt this hotel.

One of the top luxury hotel of Bijapur.. Luxury rooms with veg and non veg restaurant at the ground floor.. Parking facility is available in underground and in front of the hotel as well.. Service in the restaurant is good and they maintain professional standards.. You can also organize small parties or get together in the hotel..

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our needs: helpful staff, very high standard of accommodation, very good restaurant, excellent location. I would definitely use it again and highly recommend it.

Good hotel just a little away from city on a main road. Best price for the quality. The breakfast spread was really good from South Indian idly wada to continental items. For lunch had tried biryani it was great.

Non veg lovers should try chicken Lahori, which is not mentioned in the menu, the chef himself told me about that, that's how I got to know. It's worth trying. Tangadi kebabs are good. In veg, Manchow soup, paneer achari tikka, paneer kadhai, paneer kohlapuri are good. Buffet dinner doesn't have much variety. I personally prefer Fern's Ala carte over buffet.

The access via main road is it's strength but also the weakness. If you are sensitive to noise at night time, this place is not for you because it is so close to one of the major roads in the city. Rest all is fine.

This hotel is worth every penny the staff , rooms, breakfast , food everything is to the point they provide utmost importance to their coustomer requirements they make sure u have a pleasant stay. A must visit if u r planning a trip to vijayapura .

Very well maintained rooms and good service ,very less places in the region with the quality amenities , however no fans / ac in waiting lobby ..nothing available around the hotel

I recently stayed at Fern Residency and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the the hotel staff ( Lady whom i dealt with, needs training on how to behave with humans and esp treat drivers also as humans) Hotel staff communication is very poor, Day Staff did not have the info from night staff which created inconvenience to us. Rooms were kept neat and clean, Restaurant Food was really good. Im very disappointed with the incident happened and I may not be willing to stay again. Please Train your staff so that others don’t have similar experience.

I stayed here while on a business trip. Rooms are big and good. though while checking out they blame my colleague for a pea size torn in their towel, which he didn't even notice while checking in. so be careful to check everything while checking in, else they will charge you by creating some blame.

The Fern is a beautiful hotel in Vijayapura. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sheets smelt wonderful. Service was top notch.Overall a wonderful place to stay. However, the rooms facing the road are a bit noisy due to the vehicles passing during the night.

Hotel is nice with good location. Rooms are big and clean. We stayed here on 13/05/2023 . We had booked 6 rooms with 4 extra beds for 16 members . Check in was smooth and done in time . Hotel failed to provide us extra beds in time . I called reception at 11.10 pm to put extra beds in rooms . Extra bed was provided at 11.50 pm . Service of fern hotel was poor . We got irritated because of delay in service. Otherwise overall stay was nice .

We had a good experience staying at the property. The room was spacious and clean. Very accommodating & supportive staff. The food served was delicious. Hotel arranges cab for local sight seeing. Property is worth a re-visit. Areas of Improvement: The bathroom fixtures need a maintenance, the heath faucet was leaking. The WC require a detailed cleaning. Its a open parking at the property. The road works around the property makes the surrounding bit dusty.

Surprisingly good. Was not expecting an hotel like this in Vijaypura. Perfect place to pit stop for the night. I was tracing back from Goa via doodhsagar falls and reached the place at around 11 pm. The hotel staff shahid was kind enough to get the order and place the food in the room. Breakfast starts early and then you can proceed to your destination which on my case was Hyderabad. 5 stars for the service, the overall ambience snd spacious and comfortable rooms.

One of the best hotels you can check into. Most humble staff and best service. I would rate them 10 stars out of 5. Excellent rooms. Absolutely no area to complain about. I have decided that if I go to a city where Fern residency has a branch, I would only stay there... And this is becoz of the excellent attitude of the vijaypura branch staff.

This is a nice hotel which seem to be newly built. The staff is very polite and accomodative. Food was tasty and breakfast spread was good. The only feedback is veg and non-veg items were kept in between one another instead of separately segregated like in most hotels.

Ambiance can be improved There is a board right on the entrance PARK CAR AT UR OWN RISK.....which will make the visiter stay away from fern😂 looking at the board my 10 members family went to other nearby restaurant😁

Very well maintained business hotel. Was there for 5 days. Buffet breakfast is very superb. Clean rooms. Well maintained properly.

After 10pm water is chargeable. Empty plate and glass available only in restaurant. They won't give any room service. Better I don't mention about their service if I do You will never go to any ferns. Ac doesn't work. Abhishek from Room service was one decent guy.

Have stayed here a couple of times to and fro during road trips from Hyderabad. Good service. Rooms are well maintained. Food in the restaurant is very good. Location is right on the main road, and hence vehicular traffic noise is present although not as obvious. Wifi was not consistently good.

Just what we wanted after a long drive, spacious room, large comfortable bed, everything spic and span. Fresh and tasty food with quick and friendly service. The breakfast spread was simple and good too. Friendly and helpful service by the staff made our stay very nice. Good Job overall!

If you happen to stay here, you will experience true hospitality. The staff is soooo courteous, polite and HAPPY!!!. Cherry on the cake is the food. The restaurant staff will pamper you with delicious recipes. Complements to the Chef and his team. Special thanks to Atanu for his wonderful efforts.
