Surrounding Ambience: Cinepolis Movie Theatre situated in 4th Floor along with the ticket window. Since it is inside a shopping mall, you have a lot of options to explore as well. Theatre Experience: There are 6 Halls on the floor. My movie was screened on Audi 5. The size of the screen is good enough and so is audio quality. But what impressed me was the amount of legroom and angle of recline the seats have. As far as cleanliness is concerned, they have tried to maintain it. Would I go again?: Yes. It was a good experience. Moreover, being at the main shopping hub of the city, reaching here is also very easy.

The atmosphere was electric as children were given holidays and they turned up in large numbers with their parents. The ambience is excellent. People can have a good time window shopping or purchasing merchandise in the mall. There is everything for everyone.

Cinepolis, is definitely not the Movie experience we expected, it's way too old style Theatre, with no Great Screen or Not even having Good Audio system, felt soo Ordinary seating in one of the Expensive place with a very Average Theatre 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Theatre is well maintaned. Reclainers are available in the top row and cost a ~100 rs extra than regular chairs which are available abuntant. One disadvantage of sitting in these chairs despite the good comfort is, they are close to the operator room. We get to listen them chatting.

Cinepolis is the cinema hall in the PVP square Mall in the top floor all Telugu, English,Hindi movies are there tickets can be booked in online or can book there. Food courts are available in the mall it self can enjoy a lot .....

I am local of Visakhapatnam and visited Vijayawada while on duty and visited the Cinepolis in PVP mall which is bigger than visakhapatnam malls and the theatre seating is also one of the best ever experienced because of its floating like sitting and never experienced in any of inox in vizag with in city of course I did not experience the out skirts theaters

Good experience with Multiplex culture in Vijayawada. The majority of the crowd was youth and children. Food courts and arcade games for children are special attractions.

Cinepolis was such good experience of movies recently i have watched Animal movie ranbir kapoor such a good movie sound system was good experience and also full 2-D screen enjoyed a lot and seating 💺 was soo beautiful ❤️ and good seating for all aged people front and back pushup seats aveeafe tickets price was 190/- per head And one was disappointed me a lot they charges huge prices in canteen popcorn charges 375/- per single pack And also water 💦 bottle charges 80/- per litre the canteen priceses was too horrible and average people cant afford it remaining seat restrooms screen was soo good 😊

Bought bucket cheese popcorn for ₹480,... not mixed cheese well, when asked they dumped cheese and gave it again, again said this is unacceptable.. now it's their turn to behave they got frustrated and gave a similar cheese popcorn which was given at first.. charging so much and not giving it properly not acceptable, what they can't even try to learn proper mixing and giving a good popcorn..

Theatre ok... Toilets cleaning to be improved especially ladies.... While going to movie arranging lift facility but after completion of movie 5 floors to get down on steps.. somewhat giving trouble... Better to give provision to reach 3rd floor and from there can utilise escalators

Just this mall is only for name and fame ,...there is proper maintenance , not getting the products in affordable prices, there is guidance what is what ..etc..

We visited Screen 6 which is very tiny and the sound system is also just like a television at our home. The television sound is even better. Row numbers are not lit for all rows. It's very difficult to find your seats if they switch off the auditorium lighting. Single toilet for all of the screens. And only one food court which is very busy with huge lines.

Loved the recliners and maintenance they had. A bit overpriced and no multiplex is exception for that soo.. 9.3/10

Cinepolis, once in lifetime this experience shall be memorable. Theatre maintenance quality is much appreciated, whereas the screen size far small than expected also audio quality is not upto expectation. The food court is high with cost, not affordable to everyone. All language movies are screened here, worth price for watching.

Screen 6: Screen - 4k Sound - Dolby surround Seating - vertical auditorium seating, cushions were comfortable but could have better viewing angle.

I recently booked VIP tickets for Avtar movie, the recliner is not working. And when I asked about the seat the staff came to check and updated that power connectivity not there, that's the reason recliner is not working and asked us to wait for 5 min to resolve issue. Staff is not keen to fix the issue and they didn't turn up. And we paid for VIP recliner and sat on different different seats as recliner does nt give comfirt seating as it's not working. Horrible customer service from well-known brand.

Recliner seats not working and very much uncomfortable to sit. Complaint raise to the screen #5 manager even before show starts. Staff not bothered to fix neither responsive to talk to me the status. During interval Upon asking staff named Mani, who was in customer support, he did nt get solution but offered to arrange snack as compliment but not fixing the issue. Very much disappointed with service.

The mall is well decorated. We went for Avatar movie audi 1 , seats are really bad. I didn't like it and it was not even comfortable. I don't know why maintenance is not really good for such places. I felt uncomfortable for almost 3 hours. We went with a group of 7 , many felt the same. Quality of seats

You can enjoy here only if you can equate money to water and let it flow out. For richies yes, for middle class: once in a while just to experience the set up. Sound quality is good, seating was okay and toilets were clean. So overall okay experience.

Movie Hall and Rest rooms well maintained. Movie could be played with subtitles. This will enable all movie goers in the city to come to movies of other languages too.

Earlier it was good. But now I am very much disappointed. No proper air conditioning in AUDI 2 and all were suffocating while the movie is screening. Also water is getting leaked in top row and they have put buckets rather than repairing it..
