Worst experience ever. Wanted to give Zero Star. Students aren't allowed to enter hometown outlet, they literally have a signboard saying the same. When I asked the guard, he was like....it was set by manager or something....I asked for more clarification but he hesitated and couldn't give a "proper reason". I called the helpline number to ask for any such policies....they were like we dont allow such thing...only if the student wants to purchase anything can enter otherwise not, acc. to them. Even they said, its upon manager, we cant do anything, which shows that hometown doesn't have a coordination among them. And if that is their mindset, "if purchasing-can wnter". I dont see a long way, will shut down soon. Utter disgusting. Worst.

Mr. Suresh installed on time and perfectly excellent service

Recently we purchased a recliner sofa set.Reasonable price.Very good furniture range in the show room.The delivery was quick.Ayyappa helped us patiently and showed many models.Good installation service by Kumar.

Worse experience....Mr. Sai Krishna, the marketing person bluffed with his fake marketing skills and showed the pics of the cot after purchasing delivered the worn out and old product. It took almost one month and above to deliver the product and finally at the time of installation the product was seen worn out and pale. We have paid the amount for the product, but till now no product has been used by us, very bad experience with Hometown, Vijayawada.

I have paid the advance money for the product. Then they say its a mistake in price i have to pay 5000 more or refund. But didnt process the refund from 1week. Not at all proffesional. If you dont have capability to run a showroom close it before you ruin it more.

Bunk Bed fitting done by Mr.kumar from home town.he did very nice job.fitting done properly and on time only and his commitment towards work is good.

Very poor in customer service. Mr Chandrasekar has taken so much time to bill about 7 items and when we asked for breakdown...he is not sure how much that particular item is billed for...also he did not even mention about the free items when we pay above 5000rs until wee ask about it....finally after billing...he did not give me the offered item as well and said that he forgot to mention in the bill...nery bad experience and no enough staff to help us...sales person have no clue about the interior products but he still tried to help but this cashier or teller called Chandrasekar disappointed our day with his misbehaviour and attitude
