Very bad experience. They looted my money. I had a loss of around 5000. My bill was 10049. The hotel staff, receptionist named Shaik Irfan have quoted a price with handsome discount while checkin and prompted us not to book online. While checkout he forgot the entire episode of tariff offer during checkin and charged a normal tariff which is almost 5000 more. He readily denied what he said. I have heard this hotels owner is very courteous. If so, Mr Owner, these words are for you- Ours is also a business firm. Staff who work normally are still good, but staff who lie to you are always dangerous and bring you loss only. Shaik Irfan has cheated us directly, he was very rude and spoke uncourteous towards customers which inturn badly impacts the reputation of the hotel.As far as myself is concerned, next time I will not attempt to checkin nor I will recommend my friends to stay here. Please take necessary action to protect the image of the hotel.

Actually I heard about Raj towers since 2002 ,one of ideal concept in all aspects but there no value to customers in cellar bar worst communication skills....,example GANAPATI

Lounge & Bar non smoker zone is good. But due to AP liquor policies, you'll not get all brands 😀 Food is good

Western toilet seating is too bad and the hotel has a bar in it staying with family .Maybe a bit careful and uncomfortable.common area sting a lot.They manage sparing perfume (bar means u find different types of persons🤮🤢)

One of the finest Hotels in the heart of the City Vijayawada. Prices are reasonable. Worthy for anything 👍

Rooms are clean and service is good. Food is also good. Located at an area nearer to prime places.

Really good place to stay. But the only negative thing was there were lot of mosquitoes. Everything else is good. The restaurant serves good food and good breakfast with various items. Would love to visit next time

I am aware of this hotel since childhood, still well maintained, I visited for small snack, service is fine but can be improved by little focussing on customer rather than their own discussions, menu items are mostly not available during our visit on liquor side.

They took 2700 for 3 people with complementary breakfast. The rooms are very big and good but the bathroom sink drain outlet was broken. All the drained sink Water was flooding on the bathroom floor.

Good complimentary break fast super taste. Good maintenance of rooms and services.

Very rude behaviour of staff. Especially Mr. Irfan. And no sympathy or guidence from staff for new customers to the city. Never suggest this hotel.

Hotel is good , staff is polite and room service is nice. Overall worth staying here and as it is in Besant road you can go for street shopping in the evening

Excellent place for friends if you are travelling to Vijayawada. There is parking ,food and also bar .. you can find everything you need to chill out. The owner of the place is a helping man and talks politely. The staff is super friendly. the rooms are big and clean. I recommend this place for men's trip

Beautiful place to stay, near to Vijayawada railway station and close to bus stand. Hotel staff are good and you can get buffet breakfast.

Just two things passable about this hotel - Room size and location. Rest, everything else is in tatters: - No Louvres on ventilator in bathroom. I had to literally hang the spare towel on it to manage my privacy. - Fungus spots on walls of bathroom. - Room Service staff keeps asking for tips. - Restaurant/Bar has limited options, is overtly dark, unnecessarily cold and exorbitant on cost. Taste too is average. I ordered on Zomato after receiving their poor service. - Housekeeping doesn't operate on practicality. I had asked for iron and I wanted to do it myself. They said that they could supply it but at a certain time only. I complied to their time but instead of sending the iron-box, they sent the housekeeping person who asked for the clothes. Why are you asking for charges when you could just give it for 10 minutes, as agreed by you? - They had to be reminded to send the daily quota of two water bottles per day. Even after reminding, they were checking like misers in their records about what if I had already taken them before. - Last thing, I had forgotten to take the invoice while checking out. They committed to send me the invoice on email. It has been about 6 days since then and I am still waiting for the invoice. The receptionist has been committing for past 4 days and now even the manager hasn't responded yet after asking for "just one hour of time". Overall, not a good experience. And this is a pretty known name in Vijayawada. People have been coming over to this place for more than 15 years and now they are doing this to the customers.

I have stayed here for 14 Days, Room are quite good. Food is also very good. Hotel Staff is very Friendly and cooperative. I will highly recommend this Hotel.

This hotel, just around a kilometre away from the Vijayawada railway station, offers neat, clean, spacious and well maintained rooms at a reasonable price. Situated in the heart of Vijayawada city, you're always close to the important places in the city of you're staying here. The only negative thing about this hotel is the absence of a restaurant. But they compensate for this by offering excellent room service. The menu offers a range of cuisines at not so expensive prices. The staff is very courteous, super friendly and always ready to help. A good value for money place!!

Awesome hotel for stay , big space but you need to goto "center space.." , a hotel for break fast in the same lane. Bad part is , you don't get meals in the afternoon too..It's a surprise to me in Vijayawada you don't get meals atleast in the afternoon. Management is not looking into that...
