This review about restaurant, we ordered soup,starters and garlic nan,veg kadai,egg fried rice. Soup and starters were ok ok.garlic nan was too sweet..veg kadai also..seems chef likes sweet much🤪fried rice is not so great.also 20rs water bottle they charged 50rs.over all taste is not worth to 3 star level.please note service is good not food.

One of the worst hotel and over priced Don’t go for any food, they are looting people. They are charging 50 rupees for a water bottle(20 rupees for water bottle + 30 rupees for service) but the price on the bottle is 20 rupees only. Worst management. Food is not served hot and we had to ask for hot food. I didn’t get a chance to talk to the manager also. I asked for returning one bottle which was not even opened and they rejected it. If there is any chance for 0 star i would definitely recommend 0 stars for this. They are looting money from the people.

I ordered food from swiggy and I asked them to bring it to the my room at 104 but they denied delivery my order received at reception counter and they asked me to complain if I wish so.Ensure to make a good service as it is necessary thing. If something we need you people need to provide room service.otherwise what is the use of room service.

Well behaved and cooperative staff. Best ambience of banquet halls. Very delicious food served hot. Reasonable charges. Suitable for any type of functions or parties.

Very good experience. Rooms are clean and cosy. The parking is a little congested but the vallet take good care of the car.

That was such a nice hotel, front desk receptionist, room service , hotel employees are good and very calm and patience to understand our queries. In Vijayawada I luckily get a room in this hotel and foods are top notch and taste is so good I really like so much in this hotel.

We are regularly conducting our one day industry setup training programs in this hotel. Nest and clean Hotel. Food also good. Trained staff. Near to bus station and railway station. Overall we rate as 5 star.

Awesome stay. Excellent location. Though it is located in central area of vijayawada and next to congress office, one can stay in peace without any disturbance. Good food and good front desk. They should look into improving the services of their buffet bfast services its bit chaotic and messy.

The rooms are good but the food in the restaurant is not good quality. The chicken tasted like rubber, not fresh. The staff are polite and service oriented. They take too much time to make order!

The Hotel in itself is nice and well maintained. But i had huge gripe , the bathroom door doesn't work from the outside and i when i asked the hotel staff about it they gave me a coin to use to rotate the door lock . The hotel staff did say that they will repair it the next day which i wasn't going to be , him having the solution ready then and there tells me that its not a new issue . I didn't order room service, so really can't comment on it though.

Went for dinner to this hotel restaurant, food is not that good. If you are vegetarian do delete this hotel from your search list. The worst nightmare that happened was we ordered veg curry and roti.. Curry was prepared using a non veg gravy base.. We even got chicken bone pieces in panner gravy. Service person answer was it mistake. Manger response was too amazing.. It may got mixed in frying kadai.. So itself indicates.. This hotel is not for vegetarians. Soup is more of corn starch powder.. In a few minutes.. It became like a jam.

Function hall is good. Has a big function hall on 5th floor and a smaller function hall on T-floor with toilets inside. Rooms are also nice like star hotel. The smaller function hall can only be rented if we are ready to pay for minimum 70 pax. It is also in good central location. For people looking for smaller function hall(less than 100 people) I think this offers good hall because all the other hotels have either very small function halls or don't have a grand look

Being a resident of Hyderabad we are used to great hotels and food, but never expected such good hospitality and food at vijayawada . The rooms are well equipped and will cater to most people. The food was truly good .must stay at this hotel if u are looking for one

I have ordered bisebelle bath from this hopeless hotel in swiggy after one hour delay they gave delivery agent some leftover non veg food from some party.their staff are highly irresponsible if ur not interested in online business then keep urself to parties in ur halls .don't trouble people with ur unprofessional behaviour

Had a very very bad experience. I had a loss of Rs 2000 in this hotel. They cheated us with one tariff offering discount and while billing they have quoted another price. They bluntly denied the whole episode of offering tariffs while check in. Mr Shaik Irfan cheated us openly. I have heard of its owner as a good person but seeing this if he responds genuinely, that shows his customer priorities. This is to the owner of Hotel centerside/Rajtowers, Our bill at your hotel was 10089. We are generally on long business tours. We were never treated this way. We walked out of great insult and disregard from your hotel. Conclusion- Staff who lies are always dangerous in a business.

It is a new hotel. Maintenance is good. Attended a birthday function. Food and maintenance are good. Favourable place for conducting functions as it is very near to Eluru Road
