The worst residency I have ever seen. They will show fake photos in OYO and make people believe their hotel is best. The boys who work there are very worst behaviour, they don’t know how to talk to customers. Very rude behaviour. The air conditioners also not work there, the rooms are very very dirty. When ask them to clean the room, they simply said this is the only room we have, if you don’t want just go and talk to OYO customer support and cancel your room and we don’t bother. This is the rude answer I got from the boy who work there. Literally I faced a horrible night by holding my wife on the middle of the road. Thanks to OYO, they changed the hotel in no time and provided good support.

Bad service ac not working properly. Asking extra money for 1 person though we said we can manage ourself. Room is very small 900+ payment not worth.

Rooms are worst zero clean zero maintenance totally under repair

My experience with the stay was unsatisfactory. At the beginning, my impression of the hotel was tarnished when they charged me extra money even though I had already prepaid everything through the OYO app. Additionally, the staff was not well-mannered. On the first day of my stay, while I was out, they unexpectedly demanded that I check out or pay extra money because they had not received the complementary money from OYO yet. This is an unethical practice. Lastly, although the room size and washroom were good, the mattress and amenities, such as the AC and cleanliness, were not up to par.

Those who are looking for OyO rooms, they may not choose this one. This is like a PG... average maintenance not worthy for a couple stay.

Pros. 1. Budget price of 1,000 per room 2. Western toilet, lift, AC, tv, hotwater geyser. 3. Average room size is 10ft x 10 ft. 4. 24 hrs. Checkin. Cons. 1. Toilet is congested. 2. Ambience, though not bad, can improve.
