This was my first visit to this hotel for 2 days, the outlook of the hotel is awesome and appreciable. Located in a prime location. Receiving of the reception staff and language are apt. Room maintenance was outstanding and room service was also too good. The food here tastes too good and lip smacking, good quantity, tasty and they use less colors for food preparation. Lift functionality is also appreciable and smooth. The only thing which makes me think is the prices of a few consumables which are very high... like water

We went for buffet dinner. It's 1300/- per person which is not worthy at all. Only 2 starters, 1 mutton biryani and 1 curry available in non veg that too on weekend. They told me that on weekdays mutton biryani only available in buffet...😂 Taste wise ok. Not much great.

Rooms very dirty shower dont work hand wash doesn work. Congested rooms At breakfast attendent will suddenly come and ask you to change your seats without any reason. Very impolite and rude staff. Biggest issue: pre booking tarrif and tarrif at time of billing will be different. My booking rate was 3500 and at the time of billing it was 3900. Requires lot of patience to explain and get the refund

I stayed for 5 nights. The room is comfortable and clean with all amenities which are easily accessible. The house keeping is good. The food was delicious both in the restaurant and for room service. The service in both the places was very fast and efficient. The room service and house keeping staff are prompt in their service and attitude.

We got the food from the restaurant and we ordered kheema biryani. It was awful with two spoons worth of meat with the whole box of rice that costs almost 800 rupees. Highly recommend for you to not get that biryani which is a waste of money and also tastes barely like a biryani.

Good place to stay for your business trips.. centrally located with rustic interiors and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was good and the hotel is very much in reach of all the places and it's well connected. The staff is welcoming and supportive. The amenities provided were also quite good.. a good hotel!!

Ambiance is excellent. Food is tasty. But rate is high and ..alas ...for both veg and non-veg its same rate. It must be changed by reducing veg rates.

Happy with over all stay But surprisingly no first aid kit or even basic Vicks or Zandu balm with them. Saloon there Restaurant there Shopping there.... But no first aid box 😭

The worst hotel have ever visited. Ill Mannered receptionists. Two men both aren't fit for that job. I would like to mention specifically about one person in the front desk, a dark man with useless attitude. He made us to sit for longer time enough though we had done the prior booking. He used unparliamentary language to the guests. My friend was about to call the police but i stopped him doing that. Please don't ever visit this hotel as the staff are useless and very bad. Request the hotel management to take a severe action against the receptionists.
