I would have give it. * No proper receiving * Tastless food *Late delivery * Mainly we ordered ulavacharu biryani where we can't see ulavacharu in it or we can't even taste that feel. * After calling the boy who served us to ask for extra ulavacharu. Their answer is you can't get that if you want you have to buy it for 80/- * Visted for the first time and they made it as last visit Better to choose other restaurants

Ordered an executive meals, the fry given was spoiled. Food haven't tasted good and seemed like they're paying very less attention to their customers. To collect the order they said they're having an server issue, can't they take manually and inform in kitchen and then give us the bill once the server is back or something?? It took very long just to serve meals where I see hardly 6-8 people are seated in the whole restaurant.

I Suppose to write a review on my blog about this restaurant in vijayawada. Poor quality service. I had to spoil my zeal to have a right choice of biryani taste in this restaurant. The food quality is very poor and I never expected this from Sweet Magic! terrible! wastage of money! Sorry! Never recommending this to anybody. Concerned management has to take initiative to make it better for the coming days.

It’s not sweet magic it’s only magic. Sweet magic has last it’s credibility. Quantity is very less compared to cost. Doing big fraud by selling 20 rs lassy for the cost of 130 with the name of spl mango lassy. Water bottle cost 29 + gst.

There are two sweet magics in Vijayawada. Two brothers separated and had their own setups. Most prominent and renowned is the opposite of dv manor. I rate their restaurant food as very low in hygiene as their kitchen setup is horrible. But their sweets can be considered as premium in the market. Compared to any home foods which flooded recently in the market this is lenier. But as this is on the main road and prime area people just jump into the store and buy the things. I consider this brand as over rated and out dated. Other brothers branches are there near to pwd ground , patamata,kanuru, kasthuribhai pet etc. They are like mass machinery production and even giving franchises. Most of the franchises are flop and few of them are even closed.

Oily biryani is very famous here U can eat biryani swimming in oil

There is nothing to tell good abt this the worst experience ever I ordered a pizza and i think it is the worst pizza ever I have had and the water here isn't mineral like they suppy thir own bottle and it isn't good

The worst at it's best ... With lots of expectations probably high had dine in for lunch today, ordered Veg Thalli ... House flys on Papad (shown to floor manager and waiter, oooo sorry reaction I got), no proper cooked curries mainly Bendi dry (it's just filthy), no deeserts offered (for the same price I expect at least Vanila as I can get it at Taj Mahal Resto), No Chapati/Puri, overall no next visit again ... Prices are very much expensive taste is ok and quantity is very less prices should be fixed properly.You can have a good tasty biriyani here if you can spend high Price's

I am a regular customer but now I am Really worried about the quality of the products delivered. Both my children suffered with loose motion after consuming the sweets purchased from here. Don't risk your self @worst restuarant @worst sweet shop

Different type of sweets, pickles, ice creams are available. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is there in upstairs. Highly recommended!!

250 rs veg thali. No roti/pulka And all the items including rasam and sambar is cold and that too in peak hrs of lunch time. Didnt expected that from this famous food chain. No parking, thats a big minus.

Food Test and quality is very good. Price is also reasonable. They do have home service facility. They are tied up with Zomato and Sugey. Attendees are very professional. Good place as family restaurants.

Pretty Overpriced...they are changing 420 for a biriyani and charging 40 bucks for 10 bucks thumbs up.above all they are forcefully asking for tips. Please make someone understand these guys that it's customers wish not theirs to tip someone

I will not recommend this restaurent to anybody even if the food is FREE. I used to love Sweet Magic restaurent. Yesterday I had lunch and I was greatly disappointed by the quality and taste of the food. These people stopped worring about the customer and their only moto is to keep increasing the prices. I will give negative rating for the experience if this there such option.
