I recently had an experience at MJNaidu Hospital that left me compelled to share my feedback. While the medical expertise of the doctors is commendable, I am deeply disappointed with the behavior and attitude exhibited by the hospital staff. The hospital staff's irresponsibility and apparent lack of concern for patients and visitors have been disconcerting. It is disheartening to feel that the staff's behavior is incomprehensible, making it difficult for both patients and their visitors to have a positive experience at the hospital. Comparatively, I have observed more satisfactory service in government hospitals, and it is regrettable to note that the behavior of the staff at MJNaidu Hospital is adversely impacting the reputation of the dedicated doctors who work there. The doctors, who are undoubtedly skilled and committed to their profession, deserve to be associated with a supportive and responsible staff. I believe addressing and rectifying the issues related to the staff's behavior is crucial to maintain the hospital's reputation and ensure a positive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. I hope my feedback contributes to the ongoing efforts to improve the overall experience at MJNaidu Hospital.

I don’t even want to give this 1 star. Please come to this hospital only if you are a vip patient. Else don’t bother looking at the building as well. If you go at 8 am in the morning after traveling for 40kms and have a token number 5, you would expect your consultation will be done in about 90 mins and you can go home. But here, this is all useless. They have a token system that is useless. Ppl with special treatment and connection just walk in and talk to the doc. Even after waiting for 4 hours, my grandma aged 80, is not able to sit anymore they just don’t care! Why have a token system when only vips get the preferencial treatment. So common man doesn’t matter at all and maybe the billing of common man is way lower than vips and hence the treatment. I will never get my grand mom back to this hospital and I will find a doctor who has disciplined hospital or even a clinic and can pay some attention in understanding it should be first cum first serve! It has been a very tiring experience and I m writing this review after 4 iterations of consultation. So please think before you come here! They test your patience and ultimately it’s a very painful and disappointing experience. Any place gets popular only based on the footfall, word of mouth and marketing. And then they take advantage of the situation and stop caring about patients. That is when it’s money minting machines by prescribing a zillion medicines. Are the doctors really true to their oath these days? I highly doubt that. Anyways I m never stepping a foot in this hospital again! I have had enough!!!!! P.s I m writing this while I am in the hospital still waiting for doctor and it’s been 5 hours.

This is one of the best hospital experiences that I've had in a long long time. The staff, especially Sri Ram is a pleasure to talk to any time. Dr Vamsi Krishna is just really good. The way he receives patients - he puts you at ease immediately. The infrastructure is good too, they are equipped with all investigative technology. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

My mother's left knee is almost in the position is total replacement as she could not walk since last there months... And right one is also partially... She was treated with total knee replacement of left knee and PRP treatment for right...at MJ.Naidu hospital Dr.Naidu Sir's treatment is very nice and very careful.. ..Particularly physiotherapy is very good and excellent personal caring of Dr.Ramya madam..
