Really unpleasant experience. Visited this place on 11th December 2019 for executive checkout. I got checks done for my parents and these are the facts noticed 1) Doctors hardly come on time. There is no value for fixed appointment. Reason given is that “ Doctor is coming from head branch hence you should wait” 2) we reached hospital in fasting mode by 6:15am and was told all checks and consultations will be through by 3pm. Checks are done by 1pm but we were asked to wait till doctor completes his OP cases before he checks health check cases. We got our turn by 5:15pm. We asked if we can got for lunch and comeback but they keep asking us to wait as anytime Our turn might come. Will 70+ parents with me- isn’t this a minimal sense to get things in organized way? 3) In the ECG room while performing checks, the technician was continuously on phone talking to someone. He was only speaking sign language all through. Will never return this place.

Doctors make patients to wait for hours and hours for check-ups with out providing any ETA. Patients have to skip their lunch expecting name call from the Nurse.

I don't know why these Dr,s changed ?They earned sufficient money Billions. In covid 19 period they demanded huge amounts ie 2,50,000.Rs per day.If the patient critical, sending to Government hospital. Aquried very bad name in AP. Good Dr,s came out.

Very poor service... some nurses speaking attitude market people.... i am asking any enqury not answer...

I personally thank doctors and supporting staff members for their continuous service towards every individual visiting Hospital for some or the other Health issues. I had undergoing CTCA today, the service is very good and the people have given good responses, and they took care of me till I completed the scan. The service is really good.

Doctors treatment is superb but few staff behaving is worst especially Neuro Doctor Nurse/staff. She is too arrogance. She'll send to known persons only eventhough if we visited early. If we ask then she'll behave rudely. She won't behave politely even while seeing our health condition also. Patient will get more tension and BP because of her behaviour. We have to be so cool before going for treatment otherwise we will get tension/BP because of staff behaving. Treatment is superb. We can reach them if they (Doctors) have clinic or working in another hospital. I came here with high BP and another neuro problem.. My BP level increased because of few staff rudeness/arrogance..

I had a wonderful experience at Ramesh hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my stay. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and the food was good. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical care.

I Joined my cousin in MG.Road RAMESH HOSPITAL with multiple problems. She was treated by empathetically by doctors. Nursing services are excellent. Follow up by diet counseling by dietitian is excellent. All supportive staff are cooperative. Inspite of all my patient recovered soon and discharged early than I expected. Thank you your support.

This is the most worst hospital and no precautions in this covid situation.I didn't see minimum precautions for parents. All they just need money. But staff looks like friendly.

Too expensive , They are charging infection control charges 150 rs on patients who is going for tests apart from the visit charges 500 rs.

Waiting time is so high every where including at the Pharmacy. You will not sure when u will leave even if you come at 8:00 AM. They can better manage the crowd if they have enough staff and proper plan.

I bieng a regularly visiting patient have much emotional connection with the hospital. The nursing staff are very polite andresponsive to call. The billing section also is good but needs speedy clearance. Doctors are of course personal choice of old patients. Dr. Nalini Prasad, gastro enterologist is my personal choice. In my view he provides extraordinary service. He is a very good team leader and co ordinates between other doctors amazingly well. This is the best hospital in the city with CGHS facilities provided unhindered.

Quick and swift actions by the Doctors, lab technicians and other related technicians like, ECG, Echo, US etc. Systems can be modified with Artificial Intelligence so that all the data can be electronically transferred to server to store Patients health record. Example, keying the data by ECG etc

The service in this hospital is good. Staff nurses should be friendly and support with the attender. However, attenders need to be patient with the staff. Special mention about two of the doctors i.e. Dr. Bala Krishna and Dr. Gopala Datta for treating my mother with more care and support. Doctors were giving the information accurately

Hospital is in the centre of vijayawada city, came for surgery and the view shown in the snap is from 3rd floor. You can see the view of pwd grounds and other important places from top. Hospital is clean and the stairs are less stressful

Good care. But the nursing staff must use gloves and alcohol swabs when they work with the IV fluids/drugs. They both are not a significant expense items, but will ensure proper defense against opportunistic infections. Please train the nursing staff about proper techniques and materials to mix and draw the drugs from the vials. Staff used higher gauge needles (thin) and struggled to draw the liquid from the vials. In the process, continuously ended up touching and bending the needles with bare hands. Thank you for providing good care.
