corruption
and
malabars
are
cheaters!!
We
went
to
buy
a
chocker
by
replacing
our
old
gold.
They
checked
the
quality
of
our
old
gold
that
we
wanted
to
exchange.
Unfortunately
our
gold
is
old
gold
and
it
is
not
KDM.
The
result
of
our
gold
came
to
18.5
carat
(
I
missed
checking
this
myself).
They
tactically
didn't
show
me
the
final
gold
quality
on
the
system.
If
i
had
checjed
and
calculated
i
am
sure
it
would
have
been
more
than
that.
Later
when
they
valued
our
goldtold
us
a
price,
as
I
being
a
curious
person
i
asked
them
how
did
they
calculate
the
value
of
gold,
just
to
know
the
formula.
I
was
shocked
to
know
that
they
deducted
2%
from
actual
gold
cost
that
they
are
charging
us
for
the
chocker.
When
i
confronted
them,
they
said
it
is
not
KDM
gold
hence
it
has
processing
cost,
which
is
outright
cheating.
I
asked
for
the
store
manager
and
told
him
that
it
is
unlawful
business
and
illegal.
I
had
to
show
the
manager
the
regulations
from
governments
website(
I
am
sure
the
manager
is
well
aware
of
all
the
rules
and
regulations,
yet
they
decided
to
ignore
them
to
loot
innocent
and
uneducated
people
in
india).
I
threatened
them
that
if
i
dont
get
the
actual
cost
for
my
gold,
I
would
walk
away
and
sue
them.
They
realized
that
they
are
on
the
wrong
side
and
gave
me
actual
value
of
gold
for
18.5
carat.
For
customers
who
want
to
buy
gold
in
malabar,
or
for
that
matter
any
shop,
here
are
some
suggestions:
1.
If
you
are
exchanging
for
old
gold,
be
there
and
see
each
and
every
calculation
of
the
product
-
quality,
weight,
price
etc
that
they
are
giving
you
the
quote
for.
At
every
single
stage
they
are
deducting
some
percentage
of
actual
value
it
deserves.
You
should
be
paid
exact
amount
as
per
the
purity
of
the
gold
without
any
deductions.
If
someone
reduce
staing
processing
charges,
just
slap
them.
2.
Use
the
calculator
and
do
the
math
yourself.
You
will
be
astonished
to
learn
that
how
many
hidden
charges
these
gold
shops
charge
you
without
your
knowledge.
At
the
end
you
will
save
atleast
a
few
hundred
rupees
per
gram
of
gold
you
purchase.
Final
and
best:
3.
Do
not
visit
these
big
malls.
Save
the
small
business
people
and
buy
ornaments
from
them.
I
made
a
mistake
going
for
a
big
brands
in
the
name
of
designs
and
Quality.
The
amount
of
cheating
they
do
in
the
name
of
'brand'
is
horrendous.
Although
i
purchased
the
product
because
my
sister
liked
the
ornaments,
I
regret
visiting
your
shop
in
the
first
place.
It
is
a
pain
to
know
how
many
innocent
people
malabar
is
cheating
on
daily
basis.
I
wonder
doesnt
government
know
about
this
happening?
I
wish
they
scrutinise
all
the
gold
shops.
DOOM
ON
YOU
MALABAR
