I had a very bad experience. They sold non gold ornament and later, with the intervention of local police and a thorough enquiry, they had to replace the item. The entire staff attitude is not good. They relied to their bluff and blindness. I have struggled to prove my genuineness. It's not a small ornament. I will never again visit this store. A lifetime's bad experience.

I have been a customer from past few years, the staff are really amazing.. recently we bought 8-9 ornaments for that we spent nearly three half days there in the store itself selecting the jewellery. Ms. Gousiya ,RSO i should say few words about her… though she was on fast she sat till 9.30pm and made sure that our jewellery are finalised. The next day we went to buy another set of bangles .even a new trainee she also supported us very well. Branch manager has very knowledgeable and works on a quick note.. I appreciate the whole team for splendid work.. Gousyia finally made me to buy for 15lacs instead of 5 lacs…she is very good at sales..

Shopping experience at Tanishq in June 2013 was great. Padma and Pavani were very helpful in answering all questions about gold price, returns exchanges. They were patient to listen and answer without forcing me make a purchase.Billing was a smooth sailing process. I would highly recommend the store and these people for anyone’s needs.

I should not give even 1 but there is no option.. Staff were very unco operative and rude.. They need training in hospitality n sales. They have no patience to show more designs and their response to my enquiries were dismissive and borderline insulting Even on our repeated requests they didn't bother to call there manager. Either staff thinks they are superior to there manager or he/she is incapable.We have been to many Tanishq stores across India but rudeness and insulting we felt here, we have not experienced anywhere else. This experience of ours literally ruined the reputation of the brand

Okay. To be honest I hated the staff (especially men). Reason being very rude to customers, not giving proper response, and their attitude towards customers. Sorry to say this but Tanishq in Vijayawada should really focus on proper training for their staff. It’s a really bad experience for me personally. Have never seen such behaviour especially from jewellery store. We care for every penny we spend and we want you to respect that guys. Answer responsibly, have patience and put your ego aside before you come to work. These two stars are for the ones who were good enough and deserve to work at the store.

We were able to exchange our old items and found new models with the help of Priya. Priya was patient enough to find us the right designs as per our tastes. Would recommend tanishq for their designs and quality.

The Sales Personnel are indifferent, impatient. They seem to have lacking eagerness to convince customers to show the items and improve sales which can be felt in other jewelleries. Their attitude had been like employees in MRO office. As well wisher of TATA group, I am disappointed.
