Main Doctor is arrogant. He rudely answers patient doubts. He needs to patiently listen to patients. Hospital doesn't have proper seating facility for patients.Carry your chair on safer side during weekend. Receptionist is reclutant to take digital payments. He doesn't give printed bills. There is no proper queuing system in hospital. Nobody will answer on approx time to wait. Parking system is mess

Village government Hospitals are far better than this hospital. Same comment from every one doctor Srinivas Reddy is a very Rude doctor and he is maintaining municipality staff and worse hospital than government hospitals. The only positive thing is Doctors treatment & medicine is good. This is the only reason why hundreds of patients come to this hospital every day.

Worst. Care by staff. Doctors are highly efficient ruined by staff attitude... They don't care about patients. They are involved in their time passing chit chat.. raising issue with doctor. Will update how they react

Doctors doesn't care what treatment you might undergone before consult him. So much egoistic or what I don't know, he says to just throw the stuff and take his prescription no matter what. I didn't like his behavior. So many people comes here, it is always rush and the environment is not hygienic not maintained. Govt hospital is better than this. Staff at desk are impatient and rude. Hell with them. I don't understand why do they have that much.

Waste maintenance I have ever seen,they takes thousands of money but maintainance is very bad and poor,even government hospitals is better than this hospital,I don't want compare this hospital with government hospital then it loses its value, treatment is good! Doctors contact patients one time per day! Some Nurses are showing attitudes and angry on attendies I don't know why! Very bad experience I have totally dispoint with this hospital.

Once again this management is not good we face the problem here the doctor also supporting this type of management specially rooms are not good the doctors are also seeing and unlessly leaving while receiving house keeping also

Worst hospital they simply feels that they are doing service for less fees but looting poor people by writing lot of medicines which we have to buy in that hospital only. Coming to doctor Srinivasa Reddy personly I feels he may deserve 0 rating for his arugance he gets very angry on patients and attendees if we asks anything regarding medicine or treatment and simply sends them back without informing anything so better vist other doctor instead of him

The doctor is very good. Doesn't write unnecessary scans. Checks your injuries thoroughly. Two doctors will check. Both doctors are nice

Rude customer service. At medical shop they told us returns accepted but the guy at the counter refused to take them back.

Excellent doctor, Charges are reasonable and treatment is good. Unnessary not write any test if we ask also.

It's very bad to teart the patients doctor was not speak good with the patients, what's this he is a doctor or other,so please don't need to go this hospital they didn't see any problem.

More than 10 days we stayed in hospital, there is no reports and results .but they are charging more than 10k per day for unnecessary medicines.
