Nice size room with comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom. Enjoyed the room very much.

Nice place with gentle and helpful staff. Main entry is in bylane. Rooms have just enough space with attached wash room. Rooms and corridors are maintained very clean. It is about a kilometre to benz circle. Attached restaurant is available with limited but sufficient menu, mainly for inmates. Car parking isa few meters away from the main property and is an open to sky parking. Safety and security can be an issue. They stated that a security guard is placed during night hours at the parking, but I didn't see any. However, I recommend this property mainly for cleanliness and staff behaviour. Cost can be more competitive.

Well designed rooms, with good quality infrastructure and Exceptionally good maintenance. The suit room which was offered to us was very nice and my kids loved it a lot. Food is nice and Staff is very courteous. Thanks to the owner of the Hotel for his courteous and warm welcome. Nice place to stay, recommended for families for sure.

Overall experience at the hotel was good, the atmosphere here is very peaceful and everyone working here is very caring. Nice size room with comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and delicious. One can enjoy the nature from the window view Stay was really comfortable, food too good and staff took good care of us.

I am not sure how this hotel gets good reviews because the number of reviews are pretty less. I called the hotel for reservation, a guy picked up and there was no response from his end after assurance of reservation call. When I called back again, a lady picked up and when I asked do you have proper parking or not because I have a big vehicle, she was rude and said how much big, is it like a truck. Horrible, rude response before the booking itself. I would rather stay at a place who knows how to behave and respond over call. Posting fake reviews won't help you get customers. At least behave decently with customers, teach your executives some basic etiquettes.

We had an overnight stay at Eden while traveling from Bangalore to Vizag. It was a family trip with kids and we had booked their Suite room. Our overall experience was really good, check-in was fast and rooms were good. We tried their restaurant for dinner and they had an elaborate menu - however were informed to order in advance. It was not much of a challenge and concern - as we got what we wanted to eat. The breakfast we felt could have been better, not in terms of quality but in terms of having a wider spread of items to choose. It was otherwise nice usual South Indian breakfast items, with chef making it post ordering. The location is just a slight deviation from NH 16, so very convenient to resume your journey in case staying for transit. Otherwise, as well the place is very decent in a nice and quiet neighborhood - right opposite to Loyala College Grounds. The staff is very attentive and will look out for your satisfaction.

Had a, pleasant stay. Had been to Vijayawada to drop don't to VIT AP. Very clean room, excellent washroom too. Excellent behaviour, courteous staff. Met the owner of the hotel too who was very polite.

I stayed here for the last 2 days for CBSE principal's meet. It was a great experience. The place is neat, great ambience, friendly staff and fantastic food. A little speedy billing will add greatly to this place being one of the the best in Vijayawada.

We didn't had a chance to stay at this hotel, as we didn't get our rooms🤣🤣. Please request people to cross check with the hotel, if you're asking for early check in. Even if it's an offline booking. We reached the hotel by 7 am and were asked to wait for the room. But at 8.30 am when asked again, they said we will get room only by 11 AM. The staff had very simple answer saying sorry and blaming it on a staff saying they didn't update? We had to attend an event by 9.30 am, hence we left the place or else would have spoken to higher persons.

Small Rooms with only walking space around the bed is available which are maintained neat and clean...Free Breakfast with limited items idli,poori and upma is available..Service is somewhat late here...Small Cafe is available in ground floor at the entrance for Pizzas & burgers

The reception people welcome us very professional and also very friendly way 2.I like the way how staff was talking and wishing us good morning and asking about food. 3. There is a restaurant also we got very tasty 😋 complimentary unlimited breakfast there 4. Agoda should refund me completely as it was pathetic to stay in Eden park. TV was not working and when asked the Manager was not even bothering to answer, they are saying that it was not working today only. Common how can someone be so irresponsible atleast to check out whether TV was working or not. Washroom floor was absolutely slippery guys(be very careful), washroom door had no lock, very tiny room no space to walk around bed properly, reception phone bell sound disturbed a lot while sleeping. And when was asking to refund they were yelling out that you booked in Agoda so Agoda will refund you. True Nightmare. Worst hotel experience in my entire travel history till date.

Currently staying in this hotel , they have descent standard rooms quoted as deluxe rooms.we are paying 2.4k per day totally not worth it. Please don’t go seeing outside looks n reading fake reviews. I have mentioned prior checkin to give Mountain View room but got some random room which has several issues in it. Don’t waste your time n money. Stayed in this property on 19/09/2023 in Room No 301. Valuable Things( Lost My Airpods) in the room are Missing. Poor Maintenance and careless answers given by them. They will Enter the Room Without Guest Permission when the Guest in not there in the room. Very Poor Maintenance and Conjusted rooms, high prices
