I would like to provide a genuine review based on my recent visit to your gym on 10-07-2023. I was disappointed with the service I received during my interaction with the person at the counter. He seemed disinterested in assisting us and instead insisted on the annual payment plan, disregarding our preference for a monthly plan. It felt as though we were being forced to engage with him. I would like to offer some advice to improve customer service: please avoid being judgmental and focus on addressing customer needs without bias. Additionally, there was another individual, possibly a manager, who appeared to be more focused on shooting videos rather than attending to customers. It is essential for staff members to be attentive and prioritize customer service over creating a false impression on digital media. The male receptionist and the Owner (Mr. Aman Kochar) are literally the harassers. I joined their gym in 2022 for 6 + 1 months for which an extra ₹ 1000/- was charged just to enter the gym. Since the card was refundable, I had no problem in giving the amount. The gym did not treat me well in terms of training as well in terms of my diet plan. The gym span ended and I went there for the refund of my card. I gave the card to the receptionist and he said, it will be refunded soon. The next day, no refund was initiated so I called the gym and again the receptionist asked me to wait. At evening, I was frustrated to wait for 1000/- to be refunded, so I went to the gym physically to get the amount. The receptionist and the owner said, we have ₹ 2000/- note which you can take and give us 1000/- back to our own account. At this time, the circulation of 2000/- was stopped by the govt. The owner was very rude over the phone and they refused to pay back. This made me very sad and people around me (the new clients of the gym) saw the whole incident. They asked the receptionist to gave me the refund, which he refused again. This was harassment to the next level. We people pay our hard earned money to these organisations just to be harassed and scammed by them. I would not suggest anyone to go here to be harassed and scammed.

I have been a member of this gym for about 8 months now. The valet service appointed by the gym always used to park my car near the gym, but today I found my car in this condition when I returned. As soon as I found this condition of my car, I immediately informed the valet service, who further investigated and confirmed that this has been done during the period when I was in gym. But when this issue was taken up to the owner, he bluntly replied that it is not the responsibility of the gym authority if any damage occurs to the vehicle. While I was not expecting any compensation, but not even an apology was made by the gym authority. Not only this, the owner then claimed that the vehicle was moved by me and probably damaged by me, instead of agreeing and apologizing, the owner tried to put the blame on me. I did not expect such behaviour from a gym that claims to be the No.1 gym of Vikaspuri. Disappointed.

I joined One Million gym as one of their USP was Valet Parking. However, today when my son came after gym, he found that my car had a hit. Gym parking boys just park at any spot and there is no surveillance or monitoring. What was more surprising was the behaviour of owner as instead of apologising or ensuring more caution in future, he very rudely said that there is a board outside mentioning they are not responsible for any such damage or accident. This is when I have 4 memberships in gym for entire family. For sure I will not renew them. If you also are joining for this or any other USP, double check and be cautious. Edit 1 - After owner's reply: Owner giving misleading info that car was taken home by my son and than reported damage...the fact is car was not moved an inch from where it was parked by gym boys. Should have checked with your boys before replying. This reply of gym owner also shows how concerned or apologetic they are towards the incident.

I was looking forward to joining this gym because my friends have been working out here for over 6 months, but what happened with my friend today has put me in a situation of reconsidering my decision. The way the owner of the gym was not even apologetic and rather blunt was highly surprising. I went to receive my friends and I saw the car. I was shocked to see the way the owner reacted, and not being apologetic/ disregarding customer opinion is way more sad. I believe the staff could behave in a decent manner and the problem would have been solved then and there.

Not a customer of this Gym though, yet can vouch for it's management, equipments, tailer to need professional coaching, Customised Packages and well behaved staff based on the feedback received from close friends.

I have been working out here for the last 1 year, and One million gym is one of the best gyms in the vicinity. I appreciate the variety and quality of equipment, maintenance and friendly atmosphere, so I am continuing my membership here.
