You will see cars parked on the main road where you see the first Lagoa do Congro sign. You can drive a little further up if you have a car with a good clearance. Long walk woth kids, but heavenly place when you get there.

The road is not that good, better to park on the main street and walk about 10 min to get to the lake. Pure nature very beautiful.

Amazing place!!! Right on the middle of the florest, perfect for walks and discovers. I recommend leave the car parked by the road, and you just have to find the right pad to go, it’s 25min walking to reach lagoa do congro.

Great place! Beautiful lake! You can drive in till a certain point from the main road, a tall car is recommended because of the potholes and bumpy road. Also you need good shoes because you go hiking down to the lake. Overall a great experience and the best is that is free!

Spectacular and pleasant walk (short and easy), first on a gravel path, then in the forest until you reach the little lake. Highly recommended! When you follow the brown road sign and turn onto the dirt road, you'll find a little car park. It's small, so better to go in the morning or in the evening.
